A Summer Time Travel Adventure Here In The Province

Summer is already near here in our country and this is the situations here in our place Month of March to May. Sometimes we experienced moderate rains but it will passed with in an hour. For today's blog, I will share the summer time adventure with me and my partner here in our Province. While ago, I have a wonderful time traveling on some parts of the place together with my partner and to see the wonderful things, place, animals and other fascinating kinds in the area we went.

This place is located at Zone 3A, Barangay Punta Silum Manticao, Misamis Oriental and it is near at the seashore but our destination will be at the old creek in the place.

We all know that summer is a kind of situation were we experienced an extremely heat comes from the sun. There is a blue sky and only small portion of clouds can be seen up in the sky. There is no prediction that it will going to rain and we are very lucky during our travel. I tried to get some fascinating picture just like this one. I acted like I'm holding this tall coconut tree and when I saw the picture, I was very surprised. It is just like I am really holding this tree and for me, this is very fascinating and perfect photo captured.

As we checked the water comes from the creek, we saw this many toads swimming in the crystal clear water. This is very normal every summer, many kinds of toads will appeared in the water and sometimes they hid in an algae plants. I was very enjoyed watching it swimming in the water and as I observed them, some of the toads are already have small legs and this kind of animals will turn into frogs. Mostly, they found in the river, lakes, creeks and even in canals and there hundreds of toads in a hatched.

There are also many kinds of animals will appeared during summer season and some of this are birds. I noticed this beautiful nest in a tall grasses and I was very amazed of it. As far as I know about nests, this kind of nest owned by a MAYA bird, one of the fastest and highest flying bird in our country. There nest is very unique and it has a tiny hole with round shape nest. The harmful animals just like snakes can't easily seen this nest because it was built in a tiny branch of the plant.

I don't know what kind of insects exactly owned this kind of holes. It was also very unique and it is made of wet soil. As I learned about insects behaviour, this kind of holes is very perfect to all insects that loves to hid in a cool places just like under the manggo tree. The insect will get some dirt and wet using thier fluids or saliva and then form it into a hole that placed in the tree branches. Inside of the hole contains two chambers and it is very unique kind of build.


This is what we called devil's backbone plant. I wonder why many called that kind of name. It is very attractive and it grows in a cool places. The stem of this plant is curvy and it has a green color of its stems. The leaves contains dark green and yellow green color and it is good for hanging plant decorations inside or outside the house. Many people especially those plant lovers would also love to plant this kind and for them it brings goodluck to all business porpuses.

The last is this white tiger orchids. It has a bright white color and it can only be found in a forest area, mountainous places and near at the river. The place we went was full of many flowers that have not yet seen by many people and I hope that this place will remain its beauty and fascinating place.
