Doing Good Deeds Is Not Really Enough
In my own opinion, helping and doing good to others is a work that does not seek in return. Doing good and helping others should come from the heart and not just show off. It is heartwarming when we help other people especially when we see that they are happy with the blessings they received from us.

Helping or doing good to others is meaningless to me without Love- To the Lord. In my understanding of this topic, our love for the Lord can be seen in our faithfulness to him as a follower, follow what he commands and as mentioned, do good by helping others. No matter how much you have done to help or do good to my neighbor without love for the Lord, it is still meaningless. According to what is written in the Bible, let us love the Lord with all our heart, soul and mind. Loving the Lord through our mind is thinking right and beautiful. Love through our Heart indicates that we should accept the Lord's teachings including his advice to all of us as his followers. Loving the Soul is an indication of where, we should dedicate ourselves to our Lord to have a good life forever.

The second part is what is called faith. Through this we can give all our faith for God. This is also a kind of good work. Sharing the teachings of God with our neighbors will help them to become followers of the Lord as well. Faith is a step so that you don't end up in evil because this world is full of evil, so you should have faith in the Lord.

The last is Hope. According to Brother Eli Soriano, when hope is lost, good deeds can no longer be continued or obedience to God. There is a lot of harm that can be caused to the living when we lose hope because, we will also gradually move away from the Lord. If you want to do good to others such as helping, you should not lose hope especially in our time when there are many critics looking at us.

So brothers and sisters, we must fill ourselves with faith, love and hope in the Lord so that we can continue our aspirations here on earth, helping and doing good to our neighbors as children of God.
