Market Day and Nature Travel Activity

Do you like to travel especially when the weather is nice? If your answer is Yes, we will be alike. For this diary I want to share the good events of my life, and my destination today is our Public Market here in Barangay Poblacion Manticao and my visit to one of the famous flower and ornamental gardens here in our place The Public Market is one of the centers of all things, food, goods, commerce, establishments and some places to go when we are looking for things to buy. Here in the City of Manticao, especially here in my shop you can see the beautiful and delicious foods so many people come here to our area.

One of the popular places for people to visit is called Ukayan, a place where many different types of clothes are placed or displayed. Its prices depend on the form, style, name of the dress, so there are many clothes to choose from that appeal to the eyes of shoppers.
Children's, teenage, and adult clothes can be found here. For 20 Pesos you can buy children's clothes with beautiful designs and styles. There are clothes that are hung with hangers where each price is around 150 to 200 Pesos each.

There are also pants like this on display. At 150 each pair of pants will surely appeal to all shoppers. It's placed on tables inside the store and it's up to the customers I rummage through what they choose to buy. When I went here, there were some clothes that were not yet displayed and the owner was still choosing the price of the clothes that were not yet displayed inside the store.

Next I went to my Aunt's plant which also serves as her merchandise near the Market. Even though flowers and ornamental plants are no longer in fashion, people still come here to choose and buy the flowers they want. These are some of my aunt's plants. These plants include alocasia plants, aglonemas and many others. There are also San Francisco plants that can be seen here where I put them in plastic cellophane for easy removal when moved to storage.

One of the flower plants they have is the one called PEACE LILY, which has white flowers that attract the human eye. There is a long flower in the middle of the big petals and it is good to put it inside the house as a decoration or maybe even a landscape. Its leaves should not be exposed to the heat of the sun because its leaves burn, so it is better to put it in a place where the sun does not shine during the day. It is easy to multiply this type of plant because the small plants or called SAHA are simply removed and transferred to another planting.

This is the flower of the butterfly ornamental plant. It is called butterfly because its leaves are shaped like a butterfly and it also fascinates the eyes of people, especially those who love gardening. This plant has small white flowers and is attracted by insects such as butterflies, bees, dragonflies and many others. Like the Peace Lily, it should not be exposed to direct sunlight to prevent its leaves from burning. Seeds are used to grow this plant and it lives for about 2 years.

While I was in the middle of my tour of that place, I noticed these two ouds who were busy eating abana leaves. It is normal to all gardeners, it is one of their enemies because it destroys crops, whether ornamental or not. But even though they are harmful, we still do not kill them, instead we move them to distant places.
They have a pleasant color like green, with black spots on their body. They have a bit of orange and white color and have an antenna-like tip at the end of their body.

This is a type of insect that I call appids. It is also one of those that destroy plants, especially the leaves because they slowly eat them. It often lives and hides in broad leaves such as San Francisco, Banana, Alocasia and other types of plants with broad leaves.

I enjoyed my trip to our place especially the beautiful plants that I went to. It gives comfort to the eyes and gives beauty to the place.

I think they will turn into butterflies. It's nice that they are not killed. Soon they'll help the plants.
