Sitio makawa Naawan Misamis Oriental

The place of Naawan was full of fascinating things particularly the Nature preservations. Hello everyone as part of my travel and Nature blog, I will explore you on aome place here in Makawa Naawan Misamis Oriental. My blog is also for capturing perfect photo as well so that it will relate to the topics and in this community. The said sitio is far enough from the town and most of the people who lived here are natives. The place was full of ancient trees just like the one in the photo. This big old oak tree was majestic standing near at the stream and many typhoons and great floods has pass but it still standing until now. People make this roots as handle of their bolo or if the bathed their carabaos, the tied the rope here in this area.

This big chunk of stone was already sticking here on the side of the cliff for decades already and I am very amazed of it. The roots of one of the big tree was clinging on this big rock. This area is full of many different kinds of rocks because this area is a stream. Many floods has passed but this stone was still here at this place. Children loves to climb up here and jump because below in this rock is a pool of water.

Back on few years, this area was contain with water. People bathed and washed their clothes here and it was very helpful to them because it will easily their house chores. But when the summer season strikes, extremely hit the place that is why the stream was slightly dry. There are some parts of the place that have water but it is not really good for washing and bathed uses.

As we continued to explore the place,I Noticed this big old manggo tree in the place. According to the residents who lived near at this place, this was already 200 years old tree and I am very amazed of it. Until now, this tree bares more fruit and children are very enjoyed picking more fruits for their family. Because of being old, some of the branches fall down and many insects can locate here. It gives a shady areas and it is very perfect for picnic activities. There also many young manggo trees in here and this is their primary source of income of sitio Makawa Naawan Misamis Oriental.

If we are talking about Province, we already think about the place about having of wild plants and wild flowers aside of insects and wild animals. This purple color plant is what we called alocasia negra plant. This is also very perfect for landscaping and indoor decorations and some of people cook the bulbs of this plant as their exotic food.

I also crossed this newly build steel bridge and it is very useful and important to all who lived here. Back when this place does not have bridge, their goods cant easily crossed and sell because they cannot crossed the river because of the flood. But with the help with the kindness person, the place was put up a new and useful bridge.
