Summer Travel At Sitio Kabuluhan, Linangga Manticao River

A blessed morning to all of us friends, it's been a few days since I made any posts here in our community. We all love to wander and go to beautiful places such as mountains, forests, rivers, seas and vast spaces. It gives us a rich perspective and a fresh sense of ourselves. In the article I made for today, I want to share with you the beautiful views here in Sitio Kabuluhan located here in Linangga, Manticao Misamis Oriental. This place is surrounded by tall trees, plants and much more. Before I start our blogging tour for today, I will first share the exact location of the place so that people who want to have a Nature adventure can easily find it.

Sitio Kabuluhan in Linangga Manticao is located near Barangay Paniangan which is also covered by Manticao. This place has a very beautiful river which is helpful for its residents. It is not surrounded by high mountains and some flat areas. From Barangay Poblacion, it is necessary to travel for several hours before reaching this place. Before arriving here at the said Sitio, it is necessary to walk for several hours and cross the river before arriving at the place.

Using my cellphone, I started taking pictures of the place and I was totally amazed by what I saw because of how beautiful and fresh the place was. One of the beautiful places to visit here is the clear and very cold water in the river. Because of the clarified water, you can see the rocks under the water as well as small fish, shrimp and shells. In this place, children usually bathe because the river is deep and perfect when we want to paddle and jump in the very deep, clear and cold water in the river. There are different types of fish that can be found here in this area, small fish and shrimp that people usually catch to have something to eat in their dining table.

Here in this river there are species of animals that live in the water, some of which are what we call leeches. It is quite dangerous when it enters the body because it multiplies a lot. So everyone avoids it especially children, it usually lives in clear water parts and muddy places. Many leeches can be seen here and some of them are hidden under the mud and stones.

The Manticao river has crystal-like water, you can see different types of rocks and species of animals such as fish, shrimp and shells. This place is one of the perfect sights for those who want to have a good adventure especially now that the weather is hot. Due to the heat experienced here, the water level continues to drop due to which the rocks are visible. It was really fun to paddle and soak your feet in the very cold and clear water. I tried to soak in the water and I could actually see the colorful crystal water. There were also leaves being blown from the towering trees by the water. Such a situation is normal here because of the hot weather experienced here.

There are trees that have been submerged in the river many years ago. A few of these are overgrown Tugas wood submerged in water. Algae plants are already growing and animals such as shrimp and frogs are living. There are also frogs that can be seen here in the river, and during the summer season they lay their eggs here in the clear water. The abundance and beauty of the area can be seen here because of the various animals that live and can be seen here. Some dangerous animals such as snakes sometimes come here to catch small fish. It is very dangerous especially at night.

Some of the big trees that can be seen here are the so-called Balete. These large roots grew on the cliff and due to the continuous flow of water, the soil was gradually washed away causing the roots of this tree to be seen. It is also near a bamboo tree so there are many dry bamboo leaves in the water. Small frogs can be seen here along with algae plants. It is next to the river, so the water in the river can easily overflow when it floods.

Many people come here to this river, breathe fresh air. There are other people who come here to bathe and have an adventure in the very cold and crystal-colored water.
