Visiting Grandma In Her Residential Place

My Grandma was very happy to see us. She talked about the things that had happened to her for the past few days when she felt stressed and depressed. I also told her to calm down and have fun taking care of her vegetable garden and ornamental plants to get rid of stressful and depressing situations. My Grandma lives alone in her house. There is no one she can talk to. That is why she will be very happy if someone visits her. As we arrived at the place, we noticed my grandma busy planting more crops in her backyard. We approached and greeted her, this is a way to show our respect to my Grandma and other Elder people.
I also noticed that the crops that my Grandma planted grew very well. I want to show you her simple garden, located here. This plant is what we called, Lutya. This is very valuable crops and it is perfect for any dish just like chicken soup and stews. There are 20 Lutya plants can be seen here and it keeps the place always cultivated so that it will grow fast and healthy.

Spinach vegetables are also perfect in here. I was very amazed to see this spinach plants grows near at my grandma's compost pit. She already planted vegetables many years already and since they transfered and lived here together with my Grandpa. My Grandpa died 8 years already that is why my Grandmother lives alone in their house. Yesterday at exactly 10 A.M when we decided to visit her and exploring her simple but unique vegetable garden. There weeds and grass grows already at the spinach place, Grandma was very busy for the past Months and She forgot to removed this grass.
Magnolia Ube Crop:

Grandma also plant this magnolia Ube crop. We called it by its name because the color of this crop is Violet. I remembered once when I was staying at my Lola's house, she asked me to sell the big ube we got and dug at the rotten banana stems. It was very big and the neighbors was very amazed of what they seen. One of the bakeries her wants to buy that Ube, and I asked them how they would use it. They answered that they will make into Ice cream flavor and also for bread. I was very amazed and we earned 500 Pesos that is 50 Dollars. We called this small crops, Pulot. We planted it and when it turns to bigger one, it is good to harvest.
Camote Leaves Vegetables:

My Grandma also planted Camote leaves or Camote taps in Local term. This is perfect for salad and we love to eat camote salad. This is very easy to propegate, just cut the matured branches and plant it in the fertile soil. This kind of vegetables will grows within a week, and it survives even in a hot and intense heat from the sun.
