Good morning dear Friends in the Visual Shots Community 🙌📸

Today, I’m continuing with photos from the small lake, just as I promised yesterday. Sometimes, all it takes is to pause and listen to the silence. A tranquil lake, gentle reflections on the water, greenery embracing the shore, and a little bridge that seems to invite us to slow down for a moment. I, too, slowed down and savored this scene—this little corner of nature. Time itself seems to flow more slowly here. There is no rush, no noise… just the water, the greenery, and that special sense of peace we all need from time to time. Beauty truly lies in these simple, healing moments—moments that fill the heart, soul, and body with positive energy, giving us the strength to carry on.

So, let's go feel together this beauty and peace!

I took the photos with a Nikon D750, 50mm lens, f/1.8, manual mode, RAW format required, variable ISO and shutter speed. Processing in Photoshop - Camera Raw Filter.

Hello @goga22

I know the climbing plant shown in the fourth and fifth photos (gif) as ‘ivy’, and I understand it contains saponin. I think the amount of saponin depends on the species.
It can be used to make homemade liquid soap or washing-up liquid (for washing dishes, not the body, as far as I know).

I tried it once with the one I have in my garden and it worked, but I should perhaps tweak the recipe to make it more effective.

Sorry for jumping in with a topic that’s sort of related but not really. It caught my eye when I saw it, I remembered this and felt like sharing.
