These were very popular when I lived in Thailand. Some of them would feature specific breeds of dogs like Corgi's or miniature poodles. Some places asked that you do NOT bring your own dog though because things could get out of hand with dogs the owners don't know and more importantly dogs that their dogs do not know.

I enjoy them as well even though I haven't been to one in many years.

There is/was a cat cafe in Phnom Penh, looked like someone copied something they saw in S. Korea, but on three separate occasions the place has been closed during business hours, and peering through the window, I noticed a lot of hair everywhere. I think the owners of places like this have would have to put in double efforts to make sure the place stays clean and hygienic.

I'm sure that could be a real problem.... Hey! There's a hair in my food! Well of course there is, there are dogs all over the place dude!
