RE: Ban the use of plastic with full boycott. Invent a new nature.

it would be nice to see single-use plastic phased out as much as possible. Here where I live in Vietnam some restaurants make a big deal about the fact that they are not using plastic for their take away containers. Some places honestly don't care though and give loads of plastic. I ordered a Korean take-away the other night where everything was double - wrapped in plastic to protect the flavor and heat of the food but it was an alarming amount of waste.

But as far as other plastic things are concerned such as kitchenware, if we had wood or metal alternatives (and we do) they are a lot more expensive. I don't think plastic is going away, nor do i think it should be banned. It would be nice if people could start to be a bit more responsible about how they handle it though.

Thank you very much for your kind comments. Rightly said my friend we have to reduce the use of plastic. The use of plastic has become so prevalent that plastic can be found abandoned in various places across the city. Doing so will degrade nature and the environment and the nature of your city.
