I had this for the first time when I was in Chiang Mai because they have a Burmese restaurant there. At least I hope it is still there. It may have been wiped out by all the lockdowns. My friends told me that I "must try the tea leaf salad" and I was amazed after the first bite. I would go back to that place many times and would always look forward to the very unique taste of this dish. It's really amazing and honestly, I think I could eat it every day and not get tired of it.
