Este encuentro se hace cada vez más interesante, ya las mujeres en esta blockchain nos estamos preparando para ir a Marte. No te Asustes!! Estamos preparadas y haremos el mejor papel de triunfadoras en cualquier lugar. 1.- Elon Musk anunció que la primera misión a Marte será en 2026. Será el primer viaje tripulado, lo que implica riesgos e incertidumbres como no poder regresar a la tierra. Aún con esta incertidumbre, ¿te gustaría ser la primera mujer en hacer este tipo de viaje espacial?

Sí! Me encantaría. Desde muy chica siempre estuve al tanto de lecturas interesantes e innovadoras junto a mi padre acerca de estos temas. Recuerdo cada Domingo que él iba por sus periódicos de costumbre junto a un delicioso jugo de naranja, y aunque yo era muy chica, siempre me decía siéntate a mi lado para que me ayudes a buscar las noticias acerca de Astronomía. Por lo tanto, este tema siempre ha sido muy divertido para mí. Inclusive esa inquietud de mi padre por brindarme esos incontables domingos de lectura, me permiten hoy hablar de temas como “vida en otro planeta” con libertad. No es tema tabú, ni mal visto para mí.
Confío que harías un excelente papel en ese viaje. Por ello mi imagen de portada. En la cual a manera de chiste te digo que vamos a Amarte!..Porque las mujeres somos excelentes en ese tema, en dar amor al entorno, a todo le ponemos ese toque de belleza y mejoría.
Aunque ciertamente hoy en nuestro amado planeta tierra tenemos mucho que hacer por él, me encantaría ser una de esas mujeres valientes en ir a la Luna. A pesar de que para ese tiempo mi pequeño Mathias estaría algo chico, estoy segura que sería fantástico para él recordar que su madre fue ejemplo de valentía, heroísmo e inteligencia, al emprender junto a otros valientes un viaje a Marte. Así que! Elon Musk aquí está una candidata que irá a reportar en vivo y directo para #hive desde Marte todo hecho curioso e importante.
2.- A lo largo de la historia, las mujeres hemos tenido que defender nuestros derechos, desde usar pantalones hasta votar.
En su opinión, ¿qué queda por lograr?
Vaya si!! Personalmente tengo muchas experiencias en cuanto a eso. Mi primera carrera Universitaria fue Técnico Superior Universitario en Metalúrgica y en el plano laboral ejercí como Inspectora de control de calidad. El lidiar a diario con inspección de soldadura hecha por hombres y corregirles su trabajo era complicado, no porque fuera inexperta, sino porque no aceptaban que una chica recién graduada les corrigiera y encima hiciera informes de correcciones en sus trabajos. Fueron tiempos complicados. Pero Gracias a Dios siempre conté con el apoyo de grandes jefes, que más tarde depositaron su confianza en mí para seguirme preparando en el ámbito.
Paso a Paso me fui preparando más y me toco hasta aprender a hacer cordones de soldadura junto a todos los trabajadores, luego de allí todo fue más sencillo.
Opino que esa es la Clave para que sigamos avanzando; Cuando queremos mejorar un entorno y dar nuestro aporte para mejorar; Simplemente revisamos que podemos aportar que genere ese gran cambio!. Para aprender algo de aquella persona que tiene un nivel de aprendizaje superior a nosotros; bien sea por experiencias adquiridas o años de antigüedad, simplemente nos fijamos humildad y sencillez ha donde queremos llegar.
- Nos toca estar atentas y observar para aprender y superarlos. Finalmente nos estaremos superando a nosotros mismos.
Como mujeres Debemos mantenernos firmes en conservar los derechos adquiridos, además de fomentar en nuestros hijos, tanto hembras como varones la igualdad para realizar cualquier labor u oficio. Porque al final de todo, es desde el hogar que adquirimos ese respeto de igualdad.
Así mismo, pienso que adquirir aprendizajes y motivarnos en abarcar aquellos espacios que nos gusten, independientemente de que exista la creencia de que solo los hombres pueden estudiar carreras universitarias como ingenierías químicas, mecánicas u otras afines.
El apoyo y defensa a mujeres maltratadas debe ser mayor en todo el mundo, no solo esperar leer en un registro de cuantos casos hubo con respecto al tema para hacer una campaña de conciencia.. Ahora repito la misma idea que indique arriba, sembrando el respeto en el hogar enseñaremos a nuestro hijos que el maltrato es solo para los débiles de Alma y corazón.
Es de sabios y personas de buen corazón Amar y Respetar al prójimo. Si es una mujer la amamos y cuidamos como un tesoro, ella es fuente de vida y amor, madre, hija, esposa y mujer valiente vencedora de años que ha tenido que defender sus derechos para hacerse visible con un rol respetado.

Yes! I'd love to. From a very young age I was always aware of interesting and innovative readings with my father about these topics. I remember every Sunday that he went for his usual newspapers along with a delicious orange juice, and even though I was very young, he always told me to sit next to me so that you can help me look for the news about Astronomy. Therefore, this topic has always been a lot of fun for me. Even my father's concern for giving me those countless Sundays of reading, allow me today to talk about topics such as "life on another planet" with freedom. It is not a taboo subject, nor is it frowned upon by me.

Although certainly today on our beloved planet earth we have a lot to do for it, I would love to be one of those brave women to go to the Moon. 2.- Throughout history, women have had to defend our rights, from wearing pants to voting.
In your opinion, what remains to be achieved?
Wow! I personally have many experiences with that. My first university career was a Higher University Technician in Metallurgy and in the workplace I worked as a Quality Control Inspector. Dealing with men's welding inspections and correcting their work on a daily basis was complicated, not because they were inexperienced, but because they did not accept that a recently graduated girl corrected them and, on top of that, made reports of corrections in their work. They were difficult times. But thank God I always had the support of great bosses, who later placed their trust in me to continue preparing me in the field.
- *Step by step I prepared myself more and I even learned how to make weld seams together with all the workers, after that everything was easier.
I think that is the Key for us to continue moving forward; When we want to improve an environment and give our contribution to improve it; We simply review what we can contribute to generate that great change! To learn something from that person who has a higher level of learning than us; either due to acquired experiences or years of seniority, we simply look humility and simplicity where we want to go.
We have to be attentive and observe to learn and overcome them. We will finally be outdoing ourselves.
As women, we must remain firm in preserving acquired rights, in addition to promoting equality in our children, both females and males, to carry out any work or trade. Because at the end of everything, it is from home that we acquire that respect for equality.
Likewise, I think that acquiring learning and motivating ourselves to embrace those spaces that we like, regardless of the belief that only men can study university careers such as chemical engineering, mechanical or other related.
The support and defense of battered women should be greater throughout the world, not just waiting to read in a record of how many cases there were regarding the issue to carry out an awareness campaign. Now I repeat the same idea that I indicated above, sowing respect in the home we will teach our children that abuse is only for the weak of soul and heart.
It is for wise and good-hearted people to love and respect others. Mujer emponderada, la verdad, no dejas de sorprenderme! Fijate una mujer corrigiendo a hombres, no es cosa facil, pero lo hiciste!!! Trabajar en un área de hombres es un tanto complicado, pero cuando una demuestra que si puede, se gana su respeto.

Así es!. Andaba en botas de seguridad y casco todo el día. Entre Soldadores y maquinistas.
Es difícil ese ámbito metalminero pero la Inteligencia de la mujer prevalece junto a sus estudios por encima de todo. Y con mucha humildad acepte todos los cursos y talleres en los que mi Jefe me inscribió. Él por su experiencia Seguramente sabia que eso mejoraría las relaciones y me nutriría de aprendizajes.Ademas de ser mi jefe inmediato, era ingeniero metalúrgico y dueño de la Empresa jejeje.
Por cierto también tienen sus Sucursales en Caracas. También me dió la oportunidad de visitar esas instalaciones para laborar allí. (Industrias Metalmecanicas Rainbow)
