Weekend-experience 150 - Facing Failure and Achieving Success
I have always thought that the term success is different for each person. For example, for the civil engineer, success may be directing and completing an excellent construction site; His success could mean that everything is impeccably built, and that later, the houses he has built are sold due to comfort, security, freshness and a good location. While on the other hand, for the doctor, surely success is saving a patient. But out of hundreds or thousands of houses built, and thousands of patients treated, at some point in the transition from failure to success; something doesn't go well. And failure knocks on the door.
But at that moment, who is awarded failure for life?
Sometimes it seems like luck. But success cannot always be left to chance. It is better to project it, walk towards the goal clearly, feel worthy and work constantly. Whoever works on the same goal every day sooner or later becomes an expert.
For some it is more practical to set short goals, daily activities that allow us to work according to our potential; measure ourselves even in courage, in intelligence, in a true positive attitude and in decision-making before that goal that we really want to achieve. But sometimes, we just sit and watch, waiting for something good to arrive in the same job, at the same time as always, without even feeling passion for what you want so badly to achieve to be successful.
This image can confuse you, between the darkness of the night and the splendor of a sunrise. But it is precisely what you believe, the opportunity that you decide it will be. The night, to give you time to thank and rest, or the dawn that gives you the opportunity to start over and achieve success.
Desiring success without working on it, will not give us very good results. Most of the failures are closely related to that lack of planning, study, analysis on our part to see more, and become the best in that area. When you don't do more than what you already know and do every day, you can't expect to achieve fantastic things for your life.
But what is failure for you?
For me, failure is wanting something with all my might and doing nothing to achieve it. Just stay there, immobile, doing things that have nothing to do with what I want and believe that success will come by itself.
For me, failure is not trying until you sweat from fear and not succeeding, that is having courage, that is daring and being brave. Scratching for what I really want to achieve, but not achieving it is not failing. Dare, get up early, inquire, seek and listen to those who have already achieved it and draw up a good strategy that will help you achieve it is to have character and maturity.
Over time, you'll realize that you did everything you could to succeed, or perhaps you'll realize a mistake that you can fix. So, you feel that you can give more and do better. We can always do better, to the maximum of delivery to obtain the highest achievement.
For some, success is coming home
- It will always be better to make decisions and have plans to achieve success, rather than wait for the plans of others, only we know what we really need to be happy.
Success is different for everyone, don't measure your achievements by the success of others. We are authentic beings, no one else is like you and me. Be able to feel joy and enthusiasm for the success of others. If others can, you will too. Face that failure with clarity, look for the mistakes, and change the plan to do it at a better pace.
Become knowledgeable about your own experiences, study in which aspects of your life you are doing better, and focus more on them. You will see how the balance leans more towards that positive side of your life. The rest will improve as you work on what you do best.
Always remember that success is a decision.
