Copying With School And Making Money

Since last November after the Asuu strike was called off, it has been tremendously challenging for Nigerian students. Because we squandered 10 months at home the academic calendar has been in a hurry to have us meet with other institutions.

Every year there are individuals that write Jamb and Waec and they don't even care if there's a strike they get accepted.
Last year two academic years were accepted that was 2021/2022 and it's incredibly hard for learning due to the population.
The strike caused many students to lose interest since many obtained a job, a skill or learned anything. It was at that era I heard about it and began earning money.

Now I am back to school having lecturers from 4am-6pm. It is incredibly hard to manage with my writing on hive and schoolwork. And even days I post when I am back from school I do it out of exhaustion. Bills everywhere and even the monthly stipend parents provide you don't get up to 3 weeks.
How do we manage earning with education since if we don't earn we may not fit the bill and occasionally producing money brings distraction to our academics.

Some students even pay their tuition since they have lost their parents or their parents are not financially capable to sponsor them. A lecturer one day in class said why we would search for money since the thing they sent us to school is to read. I felt very hurt by that comment. Know the inflation and the price of things you expect a student not to support him or herself with side hustle? The school we even attend which we are not confident of finding a job after?
I definitely believe school should start allowing pupils time to focus on other things by shutting early.
