How i prepared Vegetable soup

I'm a lover of food and i promise to show how i prepare some of my delicacies.
Last time i prepared Afang soup, you can check it out here

Today, i will be showing you how i prepared my Vegetable soup😋

We all know how vegetable is good for the blood tissues, you should try it out too.

INGREDIENTS USED

Vegetable

Egusi
It can be called Melon seed in English.
Here it is grinded

Fish

Isam

Pepper and crayfish

Other ingredients include

  • Salt
  • Maggi
  • Meat
  • Canda
  • Palm oil
  • Stock fish
  • Onion

HOW IT WAS PREPARED

  • Wash your meat, fish, stockfish and canda and steam with maggi and onion.

  • After steaming, remove and keep in a plate.

  • Dry your pot, put palm oil(desirable quantity), little of onion and fry with Egusi.

  • Fry the Egusi for about 5minutes (Reduce fire to avoid burning). Add pepper, crayfish, salt, maggi.

  • After frying, put back the steamed ingredients and allow it boil for some minutes.

  • Add your isam

  • Add your vegetables
