Gara #05 - Miami, USA

Un saluto a tutti,
attraversiamo l'oceano ed andiamo negli USA per il prossimo GP, a Miami. Tracciato recente, cittadino, ma abbastanza largo e con i muri non sempre vicini, con un rettilineo molto lungo e una parte con curve molto larghe che permettono di mantenere alte velocità. Di contro due zone tortuose, più lente e con la pista più stretta, saranno più impegnative per i piloti. Gara non facile e sicuramente spettacolare, come del resto è stata lo scorso anno. Anche stavolta le RedBull saranno le vetture da battere, ma Ferrari dovrebbe portare delle evoluzioni tecniche per diminuire il divario. Aston Martin e Mercedes sicuramente faranno bene anche qui.
A me piace molto, sia come circuito che come contesto in cui è inserito: intorno all'Hard Rock Stadium, casa dei Dolphins (NFL) e dove si gioca il torneo ATP1000 di Tennis.

Ricordo che da noi in Europa il GP di correrà di sera, intorno alle 21.30 (9.30 PM) ora di Roma.

Per quanto riguarda il nostro concorso, più sotto potete vedere i risultati dell’ultima gara e la nostra classifica generale, per ora ancora con pochi partecipanti rispetto allo scorso anno.
A Baku in tanti ci aspettavamo la vittoria di Verstappen... e invece ha vinto Perez! con Leclerc terzo (era partito in pole position). @stefano.massari è stato il migliore (anche qui, dopo la Formula E) indoviando le prime due posizioni, guadagnando quindi 5 punti e salendo in classifica. A seguire @c3r34lk1ll3r che indovina il terzo pilota sul podio, aggiungendo 1 punto e restando in cima alla classifica.

Race #05 - Miami, USA

Hello everybody,
we cross the ocean and go to the USA for the next GP, in Miami. Recent track, in the city, but quite wide and with the walls not always so close, with a very long straight and a part with very wide curves which allow to maintain high speeds. On the other hand, two tortuous areas, slower and with a narrower track, will be more demanding for the riders. Not an easy race and certainly spectacular, as indeed it was last year. Once again the Red Bulls will be the cars to beat, but Ferrari should bring some technical evolutions to reduce the gap. Aston Martin and Mercedes will certainly do well here as well.
I like this track a lot, both for the circuit and for the context in which it is located: around the Hard Rock Stadium, home of the Dolphins (NFL) and where the ATP1000 tennis tournament is played.

I remember that here in Europe the GP will take place in the evening, around 21.30 (9.30 PM) Rome time.

As for our competition, below you can see the results of the last race and our general ranking, still with few players.
In Baku, many expected Verstappen to win... but Perez won instead! with Leclerc third (he started in pole position). @stefano.massari was the best (here too, after Formula E) by guessing the first two positions, thus gaining 5 points and moving up the standings. Followed by @c3r34lk1ll3r who guessd the third driver on the podium, adding 1 point and staying at the top of the standings.
