RE: Splinterlands Rare Card Giveaway

I think it's a good idea to use vouchers on the next 2 million also. But I would like to see them trim the amount of vouchers whales get a little more. Maybe drop the cutoff for earning vouchers from 1 million staked SPS to 200,000 staked SPS. That way more of the vouchers would go to smaller players.
