Robots designed by StableDiffusion AI

Should AI start to design bodies for itself they might look something like this. I was playing with StableDiffusion to create these "portraits". After experimenting with various models and Loras I got some astonishing results.

but why ?
It is over complicated - like it only exists out of point of failures--

if AI was smart, it would build itself as simple as possible, and with a lot of spare parts of these very simple parts..

it would basically be an rustical oldtimer, like a XT 500 instead of some new modern motorbike which fails every day endless times because of all the bad electrics and plastics..

I hope you understand what I mean and my little analogy..
ofc it is not fitting perfectly cuz an old XT 500 is so rustical that it basically only has the most needed stuff - it can even run without battery or any electrics AT ALL

but AI obviously needs electrics...

:)^^

I don't know, maybe AI won't mind complexity...

Chaos starts where understanding ends. For A.I. the threshold for chaos will be far beyond as what it is for humans.

chaos is the eternal change
change the only constant

even AI cannot freeze reality

I sort of understand your reasoning - like, I am comparing with today's cars - nobody but the dealer-mechanic can even change a lightbulb on it.
I used to drive cars built in the sixties and early seventies, back in my days in Canada. Mostly Mopar, but also one Buick and a Ford, former police car. A GMC truck that started without problems at -30° ..... These were the type of vehicles I could fix myself, when needed even with baling wire and duct tape, or a nylon stocking for a fan belt (been there, done that, while out in the wilderness). I used to carry a set of tools and some spare parts in the trunk where I could fix most break-downs myself. I had once been in a situation where the next settlement was like 8 hours away, middle of winter, North-West Territories. On that road, I met 2 oilfield trucks going the other way in all that time. You break down there, you had to be prepared and able to fix stuff.
Ah, I am just babbling. Never mind. Like Dracula said in the movie: "the warlike days are over".
