I found this property in the middle of a housing estate! Talk about the elephant in the room!
Overgrown unkempt 6ft hedge, broken gate, garden like a tip, Let’s just sidle in and have a mooch.
Yup all the signs were correct.
From the basement to the bedrooms I travelled
Ivy taking over always gives that eerie look to the place, filtering the light
Not a lover of the colour schemes to be honest, bit like a tart’s boudoir
If I were a betting man I’d stake my HBD on those being losing bets
Let’s have a mooch upstairs, complete contrast nothing garish, one sees a lot of sewing machines (or pianos)in places like this.
Light bulb moment!
So that was it, time to leave the boys of the local crown green bowling club, and Tony Bennett stuck in the skirting board.
