I have been eating home made bread for over a year now, at first taste different, I change my diet to low carbs so one of the things I stop eating was bread from the store, my wife makes me bread with almond flour, I remember she didnt know how to at first and taste a bit dry but it got better over time, does help to keep weight under control without much effort
