Personalizando un rompecabezas/Customizing a puzzle

Hola amigos de Hive espero estén bien, hoy les comparto parte de nuestro emprendimiento, el cual se basa en personalización de objetos a través de la sublimación, en esta ocasión el proceso de un rompecabezas magnético de 63 piezas de tamaño 18 por 13 centímetros que nos encargaron.

Hello friends of Hive I hope you are well, today I share with you part of our venture, which is based on customization of objects through sublimation, this time the process of a magnetic puzzle of 63 pieces of size 18 by 13 centimeters that we were commissioned.

En primer lugar, tuvimos que ajustar la foto que el cliente nos envió al tamaño del rompecabezas usando el programa de Photoshop.

First, we had to adjust the photo that the client sent us to the size of the puzzle using Photoshop.

Luego procedimos a imprimir la imagen en modo espejo en papel especial para sublimación usando tintas especiales para sublimación y le recortamos el excedente.

We then proceeded to print the image in mirror mode on special sublimation paper using special sublimation inks and trimmed the excess.

Una vez que ya tengamos lista nuestra imagen, le colocaremos nuestro rompecabezas magnético especial para sublimación.

Once we have our image ready, we will place our special magnetic puzzle for sublimation.

Después de ver que el rompecabezas y la imagen estén bien calzada, usaremos cinta térmica para fijar el papel y evitar que se mueva.

After making sure that the puzzle and the image are well positioned, we will use thermal tape to fix the paper and prevent it from moving.

Para el siguiente paso usaremos un plancha especial para sublimación, la cual le ajustaremos la temperatura a 180 grados centígrados y el tiempo le colocaremos 60 segundos.

For the next step we will use a special iron for sublimation, which we will adjust the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius and the time we will set to 60 seconds.

Una vez que la maquina indique que ya tiene la temperatura programada, procedemos a colocar el rompecabezas con el papel hacia arriba y bajamos la plancha y automáticamente iniciara el conteo regresivo.

Once the machine indicates that it has the programmed temperature, proceed to place the puzzle with the paper facing up and lower the iron and automatically start the countdown.

Cuando la maquina nos indique que ya llego a cero levantamos la plancha y revisamos que la imagen se haya fijado bien al insumo y procedemos a quitar el papel. Como pueden observar la imagen quedo tal cual como la foto que el cliente nos envió, no se perdió ningún detalle de la imagen.

When the machine tells us that it has reached zero, we lift the plate and check that the image has been well fixed to the input and proceed to remove the paper. As you can see the image is just like the photo that the customer sent us, no detail of the image was lost.
