Minor Swing Electro Swing backing track / A new approach to gypsy jazz

Hello fellow musicians! I decided to experiment a bit with my favorite genre of music, gypsy jazz.

Forgive me, Django Reinhardt! Ha-ha! To your attention electro swing version of the great hit Minor Swing! I breathed life into a great composition and I believe that with your improvisation it will become even better! Try yourself in the new minor swing!

And a little beat about the prosess:

Most importantly, these are two guitar parts and a bass. These parts are recorded in the traditional Gypsy style.

There is a minimum of processing. On the guitars, I just removed the frequencies where the bass plays, raised the highs a little and removed the garbage in the middle.

The drum part was cut from pieces of a hip hop drum loop. I also increased the speed. Got a bit of distortion, but for this style it's absolutely normal.

I also used the automatic EQ for the fade effects.

And of course the loop pieces cut from the vinyl records!

On the scratch of the record, I tried to match the rhythm of the guitar so that there was more swing. Well, you understand that the scratch of the vinyl falls on the beat of the chord.

Basically, this work is creative and similar to the work of an artist. You just paint the canvas as you wish, the way you like it. I took pieces of music, glued them together, stretched them according to speed, and changed them beyond recognition, like an artist who draws an abstract picture and splashes it with paint.
