This is a very common question most of us have as to when to #HODL Vs #SELLing an in game NFT card. It's essential to avoid the constant accumulation of #NFT cards and instead formulate a strategy for when it's best to sell or trade certain cards to acquire collections you might be missing out on. For that reason in this post I am going to share my strategy that I have opted in the game #dCity for Selling Vs Holding the cards. What is

In precise #dCity is a mathematical and trading game based on NFT [non-fungible tokens] available on Hive-Engine. In this game, you get to create your own city the way you like it. As a player you have an option to build your city with a variety of #NFT cards that represents buildings, citizens, technologies that ultimately helps you to earn income in the form of HIVE ad $SIM token which is the in game currency token of the game. Players can also get many cards by playing and being active in the game. Currently by delegating HIVE POWER [HP] one can get the young citizen card for every 500 HP delegated. Sold #PublicRestrooms for Buying other CARDS...

There was a time, when I was accumulating this rarest Second edition card #PublicRestrooms. It has a rarity of 2% and generates an income of 2 #SIM along with requires 2 workers and gives a -1 popularity to your #dCity. I am happy that I took this decision to buy as many of these #PR cards when everyone was selling it for pennies like less than 1K #SIM and you would be surprised to know that this card is now worth 18K+ #SIM now.. Good deal and strategy RIGHT?

Occasionally, strategies yield successful outcomes, while at other times, despite careful consideration, they may not. In my case, I consider myself fortunate and lucky that my strategy of purchasing and amassing #PublicRestrooms proved to be a successful one. So what Next?

I had place bid for selling #PublicRestrooms in the internal market for 18K+ #SIM and today it got executed and you can see the same from the above image message - someone just bought 10 cards for 176K+ #SIM and if we see the #HIVE value this would be around 45+ #HIVE not a bad deal at all I would say - where the card has give me close to 17x return in no less than a years time frame. Ultimately, it's essential to recognize that accurately timing the market, especially in determining its lowest point, is an elusive endeavor. Hence, it becomes crucial to establish a well-defined strategy and stick to it consistently until the RIGHT moment arrives to realize the rewards of your chosen approach. In my situation, I adhered to the subsequent steps:

• Identified the rarest card; this ensures it has a limited mint
• Buy when people are selling, as this is the opportunity
• Wait until your time comes and make sure you are booking some profits
