Yesterday in dcity many student NFT cards were trained to Student (debt) card and let me remind you all that the chance for training is based on time (older Student's card means a higher chance for training) and amount of University Campuses in city (increasing probability for training). So the more University Campuses in your dcity the better it is for the training of Student NFT cards. I spent closed to 39300 #SIM Yesterday for Student (Debt) so that they could be upgraded to different citizens and enter my dcity. We will talk about it in a while but before that its imperative to give a quick introduction about dCity to folks who are not aware about it.

So What is

all about? In precise #dCity is a mathematical and trading game based on NFT [non-fungible tokens] available on Hive-Engine. In this game, you get to create your own city the way you like it. As a player you have an option to build your city with a variety of #NFT cards that represents buildings, citizens, technologies that ultimately helps you to earn income in the form of HIVE and #SIM token which is the in game currency token of the game & it also represent as a governance token of the game - which is quite impressive in itself. Players can also get many cards by playing and being active in the game. Currently by delegating HIVE POWER [HP] one can get the young citizen card for every 500 HP delegated. Along with a chance to winning a Influencer card and the best part is that you get #SIM token as well for delegating #HP. As I mentioned and can be seen from the above image I got 131 citizens by paying Student (debt) the ratio is 1:1. Upgrade costs 300 SIM per card and the result of upgrading is random. The Students (debt) can be upgraded to Scientists, Workers, Hard Workers, Homeless, Policemen, Soldiers, Eco Activists, Economists, Professors, Lawyers and Tax Collectors. I was hoping at least ONE Tax Collector card but my bad luck. Tax Collector card is very good at it is stackable and helps to reduce income tax by 0.20% the more you have this card the more tax you can reduce in your dcity and gain more #SIM. Also the selling cost for Tax Collector in the internal market is good. Last I sold it for 150K+ #SIM; so you can imagine how rare this card and important this Tax collector cards is.

Before I end this post, please note that holding Student (Debt) card isnt good as it will reduce #SIM income. If you have 100 of these cards then you are loosing 100 #SIM hence its better to pay off the debt and upgrade to different citizen cards and hope while the upgrade happens which is random you get Tax collector card.
