$STRD Season 2 #Airdrop claim is live!!! 🪂🪂🪂 & My Plans for $STRD...

Stride Platform which is a home to liquid staking and is also known as - aka The Liquid Staking Zone; has its Season 2 Airdrop claim LIVE now. The claim of the $STRD token can be done on the Stride Stake Platform - Here. With regards to the Airdrop eliglbity then users who had staked the following tokens are

  • ATOM
  • OSMO
  • STARS
  • JUNO
  • LUNA, and EVMOS are eligible for $STRD along with the Testnet users and members of the rebate program.

An important point to note here is that, incase you were eligible for the Airdrop and didn't claim in during the #Season 1 - you can still claim in #Season 2 but will get less $STRD tokens if you did claim the original drop. And the unclaimed $STRD will be clawed back at 3 months post-launch per host-chain, & recycled into a future airdrop maybe #Season 3 - who knows?

  • 66% of the $STRD from the #Season 1 airdrop was not claimed
  • Unclaimed $STRD recycled into new airdrop for original recipients

Current Price of $STRD & Plan Ahead

As of today $STRD token is being traded for $0.43+ cents and is down 4%. Its marketcap sits around $35+ Mil, with circulating supply of 83+ Mil and the total supply of $STRD would be only 100 Mil. tokens. Unfortunately, for me I was unlucky and didn't receive any $STRD token.

Though I had closed to 1K+ $EVMOS staked but it looks like the snapshot date which was:: STRD Snapshot: Sunday, August 14th at 13:00 UTC could have been the reason for me not being eligible for $STRD Airdrop. That's a bit sad but anyways, I'm leveraging the Stride Platform for liquid staking crypto assets and because of the platform I have entered to Pools on Osmosis which is EVMOS - stEVMOS and ATOM - stATOM. Both the pools are giving decent APRs along with some $STRD tokens daily.

For now the plan is I'll continue to HODL my stake in the LP pools on Osmosis and accumulate $STRD. Also if the LP pool of EVMOS-stEVMOS & ATOM - stATOM are giving out decent APR will stay invested and if opportunity strikes where my assets value increased to a decent amount, I will think of liquidating assets and invest in some other emerging project.

first you need to check if you are eligible and then if you feel that you want the Airdrop and its worth claiming the Airdrop or not. There is no such guarantee here either you take it or leave it. cheers
