Ecency Discord Posting Topic Week 31: FLAGS

Hello all Hive Friends...
The post is my entry for the Ecency Discord Posting Topic Week 31 and the theme for this week is FLAGS

On 15th of August 1947 we go the freedom so we celebrate the annually on 15th August our Independence Day.

In coming week we will celebrate the Independence Day and on this occasion I took the opportunity to shar some facts about Indian Flag.

Name - Tiranga which meaning "Tricolour"
Proportion - 2:3
Adopted- 22 July 1947

clicked the above picture some years back during a tour to Shimla.

In the above picture you can see the flag in the background.

The Flag has three color (saffron, white and green) in equally spaced area (horizontal bands) and The Ashok Chakra having twenty four evenly spaced spokes.

The three colors has chosen for a purpose and every color has some massage.

The top band has the Saffron color, which shows the strength and courage of the country. In Indian culture Saffron color has relationship with spirituality. So it also shows that the representative or leaders of the country must be indifferent to material gains.
The middle band has white color with Ashok Chakra. White represent the peace and truth and Chakra (wheel) indicate the motion/movement and inspire to move forward as there is life in movement and death in stagnation .

Gurseerat also got home work of drawing the Flag and she done the coloring too.

This account belongs to my kid. She is just 4 year old and as she does not know writing so my wife (@mk992039) and me (@guurry123) are managing the account for now. We will handover the account to her when the time comes.

Thanks for stopping by my post.
