Olá a todos, se você é um jogador de Splinterlands e odeia ser derrotado pelo summoner Yodin, então este post é para você. Como todos sabem recentemente foi lançado uma nova edição de cartas em Splinterlands (Riftwatchers) e mesmo sendo uma mini edição (possui 43 cartas) irá impactar muito nas batalhas (principalmente as com mana alta) porque existem excelentes cartas para se utilizar.

Nas cartas desta edição existem 6 summoners épicos que são focados em te dar habilidades para as suas cartas, e um deste summoners é a Ilthain e ela será o principal foco para este post e como mencionei no inicio, será sua melhor aliada nas batalhas contra o temível summoner Yodin.

Mas antes de enchermos nossas mentes de conhecimento (apenas minhas humildes palavras já que sou meio que um novato), vamos encher nossas almas de conhecimento, afinal cada carta possui sua própria história e elas não são muito longas, então acredito que tirar alguns poucos minutos para conhecer mais sobre elas seja algo incrível para se adicionar em suas mentes.

História

Comprometido ao serviço pelo Escudo de Prata, Ilthain era um guerreiro treinado nas artes marciais. Ela passou seus dias trabalhando em comunidades e ajudando os menos afortunados. À noite, no entanto, ela agiu em nome do Escudo de Prata para livrar a terra dos corruptos, usando suas habilidades únicas para trazer a paz a Khymeria, purgando-a de seus rebeldes sem lei. Ela se tornou tão conhecida entre as pessoas que quando ela faleceu, milhares de pessoas seguiram seu corpo enquanto ele era carregado para o Mosteiro da Paz da Luz e sepultado dentro de um grande mausoléu.

Sinceramente é uma ótima história e até agora provavelmente uma das minhas favoritas, afinal quem não iria adorar alguém com intenções e ações tão nobres como nossa querida Ilthain.

Agora que enchemos nossas almas de conhecimento, vamos encher nossas mentes de estratégias, afinal splinterlands é um jogo de cartas competitivo. Vamos começar vendo o que a Ilthain tem para oferecer para nossas cartas.

A summoner Ilthain é uma carta épica que pertence ao deck de vida, sua edição como mencionada no inicio é a Riftwatchers, seu custo de mana é 4 e ela oferece a suas cartas no campo de batalhas 2 utilidades. A primeira utilidade é +1 de velocidade, então todas as suas cartas terão +1 de velocidade adicionadas as suas estatísticas (isso significa que elas irão ter mais chances de atacar primeiro, mas por outro lado pode ser um debuff caso exista a regra reverse Speed, já que nesta regra a carta com menor velocidade ataca primeiro). A segunda utilidade e também principal será a habilidade Return Fire que todas as suas cartas receberão, irei deixar mais detalhes e também a imagem da habilidade logo abaixo.

Agora se você estiver se perguntando como essa summoner será sua melhor aliada com Yodin, é bem simples de explicar, basta você pensar que Yodin é o tipo de summoner que beneficia mais cartas rangeds, afinal ele irá aumentar o ataque destas cartas então o jogador que o utilizar irá tentar ter o máximo de cartas rangeds no campo de batalha. Normalmente isso iria ser algo ruim para você já que seu adversário terá mais poder de fogo na batalha (principalmente porque Yodin possui a habilidade Blast), mas com a summoner Ilthain isso será algo "positivo" (botei entre aspas porque não significa que a taxa de vitória é 100%), então seu adversário ter muitas cartas rangeds no campo de batalha significa mais poder de fogo para ele mas também para você já que essas cartas irão receber parte do dano de volta por causa da habilidade Blast, e calma ainda tem mais, já que Yodin também dar as cartas do adversário a habilidade Blast e isso significa que elas irão causar dano nas cartas próximas da que elas atacar, também significa que irão receber mais dano porque a habilidade Return Fire será ativada mais de uma vez.

Agora você tem uma noção de como a summoner Ilthain é poderosa e será o pior pesadelo daqueles que amam utilizar Yodin em suas batalhas.

Outra informação útil mas que você já deve saber (mesmo assim irei deixar aqui para caso você seja um novato e não conheça) é a questão de como o level dos summoners influência nas batalhas.

Como vocês devem ter visto na imagem das estatísticas, aumentar o level de um summoner não muda o que ele tem a oferecer em termos de habilidades, ataque, velocidade, vida ou escudo. A utilidade de ter um summoner de level mais alto é a capacidade de utilizar cartas de level mais alto. Você já deve ter visto isso na imagem que mostrei anteriormente, mas irei deixar novamente com um breve resumo.

No caso da summoner Ilthain ela possui 6 levels, na imagem acima você ver os levels dela e quais levels de cartas são permitidos (a bola cinza são cartas comuns, a bola azul são cartas raras, a bola roxa são cartas épicas e a bola laranja são cartas lendárias), apenas uma rápida explicação para caso você não saiba.

Na minha opinião é uma excelente summoner para se ter nas batalhas e mesmo que seu adversário não escolha o summoner Yodin, a Ilthain também será uma boa escolha porque cartas rangeds geralmente são muito utilizadas nas batalhas (no pior dos casos você terá mais 1 de velocidade para suas cartas).

Quanto custa para ter essa incrível summoner em minha coleção?

Seu preço atual é de $5.66, mas como o mercado está bem volátil quando falamos de cartas da edição de Riftwatchers, acredito que ela não irá se "estabilizar" neste valor já que o número de cartas disponível atualmente não é muito alto, mas esse é apenas meu ponto de vista e não uma dica de investimento.

Committed to service by the Silver Shield, Ilthain was a warrior trained in the martial arts. She spent her days working in communities and helping the less fortunate. At night, however, she acted in the name of the Silver Shield to rid the land of the corrupt, using her unique abilities to bring peace to Khymeria, purging it of its lawless rebels. She became so well known among the people that when she passed away, thousands of people followed her body as it was carried to the Monastery of Peace of Light and buried inside a large mausoleum.

After a large number of pleas from the people, Ilthain was eventually named a saint on the first anniversary of her death. There was much joy. Every year, celebrations were held to honor and remember her deeds – that is, until the invasion of the Chaos Legion.

In the seventy-first year of her death, when people went to the tomb of her lady, Ilthain, they found that someone had moved the stone door aside. The crypt was empty. People painted sacred symbols on the mausoleum and prayed for days, asking the gods to bring down with holy fire those who had desecrated the tomb.

Ilthain watched, wrapped in a cloak and hidden in a nearby bush. She didn't know what had happened or why she had been resurrected, but she knew people wouldn't accept her – not with the plague that plagued her and rotted her skin. She looked more like a ghost of the Dark Eternals than a champion of the Silver Shield.

After hearing about the Chaos Legion, she set out to find them and determine if they were the ones who gave her new life... and, if so, why. But her love for people never diminished. Ilthain continued to do all she could to help them, even if she had to remain in the shadows.

Honestly it's a great story and so far probably one of my favorites, after all who wouldn't adore someone with such noble intentions and actions as our dear Ilthain.

Now that we've filled our souls with knowledge, let's fill our minds with strategies, after all splinterlands is a competitive card game. Let's start by looking at what Ilthain has to offer for our cards.

Summoner Ilthain is an epic card that belongs to the life deck, its edition as mentioned at the beginning is Riftwatchers, its mana cost is 4 and it offers your cards on the battlefield 2 utilities. The first utility is +1 speed, so all your cards will have +1 speed added to their stats (this means they will be more likely to attack first, but on the other hand it could be a debuff if the reverse Speed ​​rule exists , since in this rule the card with the lowest speed attacks first). The second and also main utility will be the Return Fire ability that all your cards will receive, I will leave more details and also the image of the ability below.

Now if you're wondering how this summoner will be your best ally with Yodin, it's very simple to explain, just think that Yodin is the type of summoner that benefits the most ranged cards, after all he will increase the attack of these cards so the player who uses him will try to have as many ranged cards on the battlefield as possible. Normally this would be a bad thing for you as your opponent will have more firepower in battle (mainly because Yodin has the Blast ability), but with summoner Ilthain this will be something "positive" (I put it in quotes because it doesn't mean the rate of victory is 100%), so your opponent having a lot of ranged cards on the battlefield means more firepower for him but also for you as these cards will receive part of the damage back because of the Blast ability, and calm down still has more, since Yodin also gives the opponent's cards the Blast ability and that means they will deal damage to the cards next to the one they attack, it also means they will receive more damage because the Return Fire ability will be activated more than once.

Now you have a sense of how powerful the summoner Ilthain is and will be the worst nightmare of those who love to use Yodin in their battles.

Another useful information that you should already know (even so I'll leave it here in case you're a newbie and don't know) is the question of how the summoner's level influences the battles.

As you may have seen from the stats image, leveling up a summoner does not change what they have to offer in terms of abilities, attack, speed, health or shield. The utility of having a higher level summoner is the ability to use higher level cards. You may have already seen this in the image I showed earlier, but I'll leave it again with a brief summary.

In the case of summoner Ilthain she has 6 levels, in the image above you can see her levels and which card levels are allowed (the gray ball are common cards, the blue ball are rare cards, the purple ball are epic cards and the orange ball are legendary cards), just a quick explanation in case you don't know.

In my opinion it is an excellent summoner to have in battles and even if your opponent doesn't choose the summoner Yodin, Ilthain will also be a good choice because ranged cards are usually used a lot in battles (in the worst case you will have 1 more speed for your cards).

How much does it cost to have this amazing summoner in my collection?

Its current price is $5.66, but as the market is very volatile when it comes to Riftwatchers edition cards, I believe it won't "stabilize" at this value since the number of cards currently available is not very high, but this is just my point of view and not an investment tip.
