My nomination for the HivePizza December Contest : @paradaleticia
I saw the results of the last contest recently, @hivetrending published 4 winners for the 500 hp reward for the Pizza initiative to reward new users under 500 hp with accounts newer than 6 months old. So sad that he couldn't find the 5th winner. So please everyone don't hesitate to refer a potential new user for the contest. You can find more information about it in here . So the delegation of @riyaverma123 ended, and after seeing some stats, I think that maybe the new users don't know much to get the most back from this 500 HP delegation. The user was online mostly and got back 1.33 HP which isn't the maximum that it could during this month. The 500 HP should bring back at least 3 HP back during usage through the month so I can say that the user only used 1/3 of the total power. Let's see now how @ahmedhayat will use his 500 hp during the month, I will give him a couple of tips :
- Vote every day in posts.
- Vote until your vote power reaches at least 80%, don't go much lower than that. (it is not a rule the 80% but it is just to avoid your VP over 90%, if it is over 90% you need to use more).
- If you don't give a full 100% weighted vote it takes more votes for your voting power to go down. If you want to give more votes during the day you can give less than 100%, but if you want to go quicker and vote less, use 100%.
- Avoid voting in posts older than 24 hours. You can vote for sure if the vote is older if you think it deserves it, but for a good APR vote in new posts only.
For my next nominee finally I crossed the Atlantic Sea to nominate this person. She has only organic 278 HP and a couple more delegated totaling 288 HP and she has been in Hive since October this year. Let's welcome @paradaleticia.

Leticia is a Brazilian from the Sao Paulo State, it is nice to refer for the first time to a Brazilian like me. Since she arrived she has been posting about her first passion, surfing.
