Disadvantages of using smartphone that I have faced 🥲

Hello👋 good morning to all the hive users . In this post i am gonna tell you about What is the disadvantage of using smartphones using my story .Back when i was in 6th standard My eyes was 6/6 and i used to spend a lot of time using smartphone and enjoying that time ⏲️ but i slowly start to face eyesight problem when i used to sit backbench i couldn't see even a single thing it was all blury and that time i was thinking that my eyes would be dry so i couldn't see properly but day by day the thing changes and the things got more blury.

And one day i said to my parents that i could not see properly so what should i do ? They answered me that your eye might get weak so you should go for a Eye check up and on another day i went for the Eye check up and my eye got really weak and I have made a specs for me and when i wore it . My start paining when i wore it first time but day by day it got fixed and I could see properly by wearing it and I am now realising that i should limit the usage of smartphone than so my eye sight wouldn't get weak . So i would suggest all that what am i facing now is my problem but I would suggest you to limit the usage of smartphone and you can try pther thing rather than it.
