Today is a bad day.
Today is a bad day. Pain from top till bottom. Those days I hoped it would be over but I'm afraid i did too much yesterday. I had to write some letters to finish the things on hand. Yes still after 6 months it isn't dealt with yet. Unbelievable but true. I was put of bed the whole afternoon behind a desk and after that went to the store to send the letters. I'm shaking feeling sad very tired and cold. I have to have a schedule a daily routine the last 5 months went by like a rollercoaster and it wasn't any fun taking this ride but it went by so so fast. Hours became days, days became weeks and weeks became months like that. I could have done a lot in those months if I want that I'll but mostly I was in bed. That's not good you would say yeah but of I was out of bed I was in pain and there isn't any medicine I could use to counter it. Well I'm using cbd oil now with full paracetamol dosage q10 100mg vitamin d and supradyn forte. At first it countered a whole lot but now after I did something again I got thrown back in bed again. I also have a constant feeling of alertness now as if something bad is going to happen. Today I wanted to do something for the lawyer he needs some information. I need to dig in the papers for that I wanted to do that today but it won't be today but must be tomorrow. I went from a man who coukd do 1000 of things to a few things a day. It's weird but now you know why it was so silent the last month's.
