CCC's Street art contest #192 / CCC concurso de arte callejero #192 [Eng/Esp]
As the bus I was riding on stopped at a traffic light, I caught a glimpse of a mural. I quickly pulled out my phone and recorded a brief video before the bus started and the mural disappeared from my view. It was daytime when I rode the bus, but when I returned, I was on foot and it was already dark. I stopped for a moment to take some pictures. However, it was not easy due to the heavy traffic on the street located in the center of Alicante (Spain), where traffic is constant at any time of the day.
The mural is the work of Doble13 and as they say on their website: "We are Doble13 and we are cooperative, a multidisciplinary team capable of creating living spaces that connect, inspire and provoke emotions. Our mission? TRANSFORM, REGENERATE AND HUMANIZE spaces through mural painting".

The mural is located on Benito pérez Galdós avenue in the city of Alicante (Spain), the photos were taken in March 2024 and this is my entry for the CCC's street art contest #192 organized by @digi-me. You can check the rules in this link:

Mientras el autobús en el que viajaba se detenía en un semáforo, vi este mural. Rápidamente saqué el teléfono y grabé un breve video antes de que el autobús arrancara y el mural desapareciera de mi vista. Era de día cuando iba en el autobús, pero cuando regresaba, lo hacía a pie y ya era de noche. Me detuve un momento para tomar algunas fotografías. Sin embargo, no fue fácil debido al intenso tráfico de la calle situada en el centro de Alicante (España), donde el tráfico es constante en cualquier momento del día.
El mural es obra de Doble13 y como dicen en su página web: “Somos Doble13 y somos cooperativa, un equipo multidisciplinar capaz de crear espacios vivos que conectan, inspiran y provocan emociones. ¿Nuestra misión? TRANSFORMAR, REGENERAR Y HUMANIZAR espacios a través de la pintura mural.”.
