Yesterday I went to the fruit and vegetable market and bought some mushrooms that looked very good. As I had ham at home I decided to make some mushrooms with ham.
Very easy to make. I clean and peel the mushrooms. I cut them in four pieces and wrap them with a thin slice of ham. So that the ham does not separate from the mushroom, I hold it with a toothpick. Put them over low heat in the frying pan and leave them until they are well browned. Quick, easy and cheap.

Ayer estuve pasé por el mercado de frutas y verduras y compré unos campiñones que tenían muy buen aspecto. Como tenía jamón en casa decidí hacer unos campiñones con jamón.
