Tegoshi's Latest Music Video for "HOTEL" is Out!!! <3

Allow me to activate my fan girl mode as I am very happy today. My Tegoshi-heart is beating so fast and I just can't stop smiling!

I'm posting this using my "Otaku blog" because my fan girl life is part of my being otaku... Anyway, I'm really surprised and excited to listen to his new song and watch his latest music video.

Tegoshi Yuya (the "Tego" part of my main account username @tegoshei) used to be a part of my favorite Japanese idol group called NEWS. He's my ultimate bias not only in NEWS but among all the idol groups managed by their entertainment agency, Johnny's Entertainment.

I fell in love with his voice... and his pretty face is just a bonus. I mean, there are other idols who are more handsome than he is, but his voice is simply the best for me. He's also really hardworking and is selfish when it comes to achieving the things that he likes.

He might have left the "Idol World", but his passion for music and entertainment remained in his blood. He's now a YouTuber and has been consistently releasing songs after songs. He has also been having several solo concerts all over Japan recently. Anyway, so much for Tego... let's watch the music video!!!

The video was released earlier tonight. I was still on my dinner break that time, so I was able to check the video as soon as a notification popped up on my phone. And my first reaction after watching it was...

This was my post on Facebook 5 hours ago after checking the music video and sharing it there...

I'm so proud of you!!! He really has the guts to sing a whole song in English... like OMG!!!! I know for some, his English isn't good, but this is so much better than int he past. I could at least make out the lyrics of his song despite it having a fast tempo.

This is the chorus of the song, and it's VERY TEGO.
The music video was so cute and colorful. He is so aDORKable as always, but his pink hair got me. It's been ages since I last saw him with pink hair... and for NEWS fans like me, seeing Tegoshi with pink hair means so much. It's his color and identity in the group. I miss 6-nin NEWS.... T_T


I wonder how he'd perform this song live in his concerts someday. I'm really curious and I want to witness it. I'm just so glad... really! He made my night and chased away my stress. I did kill the replay button tonight, and will continue to do so in the days to come... I mean, the song is so catchy!!! I'll be LSS-ing this for sure.
