Exercising before breakfast in the morning helps you lose weight faster. In contrast, people who exercise after breakfast or something do not lose weight as fast. Experts say that exercising before breakfast also helps to get rid of heart disease and diabetes. If you also want to lose weight, set an exercise time before breakfast in the morning. Doing so will help you lose weight and improve your health.
صبح سویرے ناشتے سے پہلے ورزش کرنے سے وزن جلدی کم ہوتا ہے اس کے برعکس جو لوگ ناشتے یا کچھ کھانے کے بعد ورزش کرتے ہیں ان کا وزن اتنی تیزی سے کم نہیں ہوتا ۔ ماہرین کا کہنا تھا کہ ناشتے سے پہلے ورزش کرنا دل کی بیماریوں اور ذیابیطس سے نجات کا باعث بھی بنتا ہے ۔ اگر آپ بھی وزن کم کرنا چاہتے ہیں تو ورزش کا وقت صبح ناشتے سے پہلے مقرر کیجیے ایسا کرنے سے وزن میں کمی ہونے کے ساتھ ساتھ آپ کی صحت بھی بہتر ہوجائے گی
