Small fish curry... This recipe good for eye..

How are you all.Hope all are you good. Today i,m going to cooked small fish curry with pointed gourd and potato.Its very easy to cooked. Let start cooking.

Fish curry with pointed gourd
Ingredients
1.small fish
2.Pointed gourd
3.Potato
4.Ginger paste-1/2 tbsp
5.Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
6.Cumin paste -1 tbsp
7.Red chilli powder -1 tbsp
8.Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
9.Salt- 1 tbsp
10.oil
cooking Process
Step -1
At First i will cut all ingredients that i need to cooked small fish curry. I will cut pointed gourd in very small pieces.
Then i will chop some onions into small pieces and keep it in a bowl.
I will take small fishes and wash it in a bowl.
I will chop some green chilli and wash the fish. Now keep it in a plate.
Step -2
I will take chop pointed gourd, potato into the pan and give ginger paste 1/2 tbsp,garlic paste 1 tbsp, cumin paste 1 tbsp.
Step -3
I will take small fish into the pan.
Step -4
Again i will take 1 tbsp Turmeric powder and 1 tbsp red chilli.
I will take 1 tbsp salt into the pan.
Step -5
Now i will take 1/2 cup of oil and mixed all the ingredients and keep it into the the stove. Last i will take some water into the pan and cooked it.
Step -6
20 minutes later small fish curry was cooked.It was good for eye. So we have to eat small fish regularly. Then our eye was good.
They told me if I killed myself now it would save the lives of countless others.
Saying the longer I wait to kill myself the more people will suffer.
They are reckless and should have shown the proper media what they had before taking me hostage for 5 years. I know there are many in prison that dont deserve to be there because of this. Your stay in prison will not be fun @battleaxe and friends. People are going to want you dead when they find out what you did. I hope you die a slow painful death. You sick mother fuckers.

Its a terrorist act on American soil while some say its not real or Im a mental case. Many know its real. This is an ignored detrimental to humanity domestic and foreign threat. Ask informed soldiers in the American military what their oath is and tell them about the day you asked me why. Nobody has I guess. Maybe someone told ill informed soldiers they cant protect America from military leaders in control with ill intent. How do we protect locked up soldiers from telling the truth?
