Hello everyone! Today I will be sharing my trip abroad where I had a mini-vacation. I chose Georgia as my destination because it is both close to our country and offers tour opportunities. So, my friends and I decided on Batumi and Tbilisi as our destination.

Bugün sizlere mini tatil yaptığım yurt dışı gezimi paylaşacağım. Ülke olarak Gürcistan’ı seçtim. Çünkü ülkemize hem yakın hem de tur imkanı olduğu için arkadaşlarımızla beraber rotamız Gürcistan Batum, Tiflis oldu.

Our initial plan was a 2-day, 1-night trip. We planned to spend the first day in Tbilisi and the second day in Batumi. Before leaving, we planned our trip and gathered information to avoid any difficulties during our journey. The day before, we packed our bags and went straight to the bus terminal after school. We joined a tour company called Karadeniz Tur. The bus we boarded had about 35 people. It was quite crowded, which made things a bit difficult during the trip because managing large groups is challenging.

İlk önce olanımız 2 gün 1 gece olarak planladık. Burada ilk günü Tifliste diğer günü Batum olmak üzere plan yaptık. Gitmeden önce gideceğimiz yerleri planı yapıp gittiğimizde zorda kalmamak için bilgi sahibi olduk. Biz arkadaşlarla birgün öncesinden bavulları ayarlayıp okul çıkışı direk otobüs terminaline geçtik. Tura Karadeniz tur adı altında bi firmanın adı ile katıldık. Bindiğimiz otobüs yaklaşık 35 kişi idi. Biraz kalabalıktı. Bu biraz gezi esnasında zor oldu çünkü kalabalık grupları idare etmek zordu.

We boarded the bus after school around 5 PM. We arrived at the border crossing at 2 AM. We needed ID and a stamp to cross. After completing the checks, we exchanged Turkish lira for lari. 1 lari was equivalent to 17 TL. I exchanged 2000 TL worth of lari. Then we passed through Batumi and first arrived in Tbilisi. The journey between Tbilisi and Batumi took 5 hours. We arrived in Tbilisi around 9 AM. We had breakfast there. We didn't really like the breakfast because there wasn't much variety. After breakfast, we went to the restaurant to change and then back to our room.

Bizi okul çıkışı otobüse bindik akşam 17.00 gibi bindik. Burada saat 02:00 de sınır kapısına geldik. Burada geçişler için kimlik ve kaşe gerekti. Kontrolleri sağladıktan sonra Türk parasını lariye çevirdik. 1 lari 17 tl ye denk geliyordu. Ben 2000 tlik lari bozdurdum. Ve artık Batum’dan geçip ilk olarak Tiflise geldik. Tiflis ile Batum arası 5 saat sürdü. Sabah saat 09:00 gibi tifliste olduk. Tiflise gelince burada kahvaltımızı yaptık. Kahvaltıyı çok beğenmedi. Çünkü çok çeşit yoktu. Burada kahvaltıyı yapıp üzerimizi değiştirmek için restoranta odaya geçtik.

After changing my clothes, we started our tour of the Tbilisi bazaar. Here we saw the Heydar Aliyev monument. Our guide shared information about it with us. We wandered through the shops in the bazaar. The most important fruits here are grapes and anchovies. Alcohol is made here and sold everywhere. The whole country offers a wide variety of alcoholic beverages for sale. The different bottles caught our attention. I bought magnets for myself and my siblings to take as gifts when we leave. We visited the Cathedral of Sion, one of the important landmarks in the bazaar, and took photos. We also walked around the Bridge of Peace, another significant place. The bazaars had both an old and a brand-new atmosphere.

Üzerimi değiştirdikten sonra Tiflisi çarşı gezisine başladık. Burada Haydar Aliyev anıtını gördük. Rehber onunla ilgili bilgileri bize paylaştı. Burada çarşılarda alışveriş yerlerini dolandık. Burada en önemli meyve üzüm be ant. Buradan alkol yapıp her yer alkol satılıyor. Ülkenin her yeri çeşit çeşit alkolli içekcek ile satışa sunulmuş. Çeşit çeşit şişeleri dikaktleri çekiyordu. Burada magnet aldım kendime ve kardeşlerime. Giderken hediye götürmek için. Çarşıda önemli noktalardan biri olan sioni kadetraliyi ziyaret ettik fotolar aldık. Burada önemli yerlerden biri olan barış köpsünün etrafında dolandık. Çarşılar hem eski hem yepyeni bi hava vardı.

In Tbilisi, cars were eye-catching; because parts were very expensive here, cars were restored and repainted. Buying a new car was cheaper than buying parts. The cars here are a bit more minimalist and older in style.

Tifliste arabalar dikkat çekiyordu burada parça çok pahalı olduğu için arabalar renklerle restore edilip kullanıyordu. Çünkü yemi bi araba almak parça almaktan daha uyguna geliyordu. Burada arabalar biraz daha minimal tarzda ve eski.

We had lunch here after exploring the market. My friends and I tried Khinkali and Khachapuri, famous Georgian dishes. My friend also ordered wine. We tasted these delicious dishes here. Although I didn't get to try as much, my friend certainly enjoyed them. ☺️😂

Burayı çarşıyı gezdikten sonra öğle arası yemeği verdik. Biz arkadaşlarımız Gürcistan’ın meşhur yemeği olan Hinkali, Haçapuriyi denedik. Arkadaşım yanında şarap da istedi. Burada bu lezzeteleir tattık. Ben çok tatamasamda arkadaşım yemeklerin hakkını verdi.☺️😂

We met up with our friends on the tour again and enjoyed ice cream before heading to our last two destinations. The ice cream was again pomegranate and wine flavored, typical of Georgia. Then we visited the magnificent sites of Sameba Cathedral and the Georgian Historical Chronology Monument. We happened to be there at sunset, and the resulting views were breathtaking. We rested and sat there for a while, watching the spectacular scenery.

Tekrar turdaki arkadaşlarla buluşup son 2 rotamıza gelmeden dondurma keyfi yaptık. Dondurmalar yine Gürcistan’a has narlı ve şaraplı idi. Sonra rotamız olan sameba katedrali ve Gürcistan Tarihi kronolojisi Abidesi olan mükemmel alanları ziyaret ettik. Güneşin batışı ile denk geldik. Ve ortaya muazzam görseller çıktı. Burada biraz dinlendik ve oturduk. Hem görsel şovu izledik.

We then went to the hotel. After checking in, we rested. The hotel was very clean. I was looking forward to waking up for breakfast because I hadn't had much time to try the food and was hungry. So we got ready and went downstairs for breakfast. We arrived at our last stop, Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. We stayed there for 2 hours, exploring and shopping, before leaving. We boarded the bus to leave. Our route was to Batumi, and we would be leaving for our country at 8 PM. And so we set off on our 5-hour journey to Batumi.

Artık otele geçtik. Burada girişleri yaptıktan sonra dinlenmeye geçtik. Otel çok temizdi. Burada sabah kalkıp kahvaltı için sabırsızlanıyrodum. Çünkü yemekleri çok tatamadım açtım. Ve sabah kahvaltısı için aşağıya hazırlanıp indik. Son durağımız olan Svetitskhoveli Cathedrale geldik. Burada 2 saat kalıp hem gezip hem alışveriş yaptıktan sonra ayrıldık. Artık ayrılmak için otobüse bindik. Burada rota Batum’a geçip akşam saat 20:00 ülkemize dönüş için ayrılacaktık. Ve 5 saatlik Batum için yola koyulduk.

We boarded the bus and headed to the border crossing. The most important thing here is our ID and the stamped document we gave upon entry. If we lose it, we can't leave the country. We completed the exit procedures and got back on the bus. It was a wonderful memory for us. We were all teachers. This mini-vacation was wonderful for all of us. We all needed it. It's a great route for those who want to visit and see a different place. But if you ask me, I liked Tbilisi more than Batumi. It appealed to me more. It's a place that can be preferred for its beautiful locations and easy travel. Thank you for reading. ☺️😊

Artık otobüse bindik ve sınır kapısına çıkıla geldik burada en önemli şey kimlik ve girişte verdiğimiz mühürlü kaşeli kağıdığımız. Eğer bunu kaybedersek çıkış yapamıyorsunuz ülkeden. Ve biz çıkışları yapıp otobüse bindik. Bizim için mükemmel bir anı kaldı. Hepimiz birer öğretmen idik. Bu mini tatil hepimize çok güzel geldi. Hepimizin buna ihtiyacı vardı. Eğer farklı bi yer gezmek görmek isteyenler için çok güzel bir rota. Ama bana sorulursa ben Batumdan ziyade Tiflisi daha çok beğendim. Bana daha çok hitap etti.
Çok güzel yerler ve kolay seyahat açısından tercih edilebilecek bir yer.
