Blockchain is often regarded as revolutionary because it is a collaborative method used to record transactions between two or more parties. The transactions are verified and validated as a chain of events is read from the beginning to the end of the chain. Blockchain is a decentralized system. Blockchain allows for decentralization of trust between multiple parties by eliminating third parties. Decentralized is the root word of decentralization. This is an important topic to understand. However, there is one crucial aspect of blockchain that must be recognized, because without this part of blockchain technology, the benefits are not possible.

This is where bitcoin’s innovators are correct. Blockchain is not in the business of solving all the problems of Agile. When it comes to decision-making and ensuring that the correct product is developed and delivered in a timely manner, blockchain and Agile go hand in hand.

Agile thrives on quick and real-time decision making. In the past, this meant that everything had to be developed in the shortest possible time and that the development process had to be set up in such a way that it could be carried out by multiple developers in parallel. If something went wrong, the only solution was to start over. However, this is no longer the case. In the past few years, this antiquated process has become outdated, inefficient and, to some extent, inefficient.

In the digital era, the idea of a product having to be released “on time” does not even make sense. In the business world today, there is no such thing as being late. It has become common for companies to deliver software solutions with multiple development stages. In addition, many of the problems experienced by companies with this kind of development process can be attributed to poor communication between stakeholders and not being able to leverage the expertise of business professionals in the beginning stages of development.
