My Achievements (A Trip To Mount Hanang)

Hello to everyone, I hope you all are doing fine; it’s a pleasure to write about my achievement so far in 2022. Well it may seem a bit boring but I usually derive pleasure from watching images of where toured.

My trip to mount Hanang in Manyara, Tanzania was fun. Actually I have been planning this trip with my colleagues for long and it was scheduled for last year, 2021 but due to some unforeseen circumstances, it was rescheduled for 2022 with my team.

But earlier this year, we were able to plan the trip to the same mountain. Should in case you don’t know mount Hanang, it is one of the highest mountain in the region of Manyara, Tanzania.

It took us roughly 11 –12 hours to get to the mountain peak by foot but if you wish not to go by foot, it’s advisable to use airlifter which is faster too. I can remember when we passed the night in a tent and I wasn’t scared because we had other who people who joined the trip but it was the next day we got to the top of the mountain.

As usual, the peak of the mount is filled with stones (weathered rocks) with more of green plants. some of these plants got fresh leaves on them as they receive natural energy from the sun directly without factors which may hinder plant growth.

During our visit I realized people comes for usual visit as well because I saw tables and chairs around where one could seat and rest for some time.

Even some photographers do come to take pictures of the natural vegetation which they use as coverage background photos for agriculture.

When it was towards to evening period, we pitched a small tent where we could pass the night and continued the next day.

But finally we were able to get to the mountain peak. On our way back though, we called on the nearest air lifter because one of our colleagues needed health needed attention which was a minor case.
Though she is fine now and well again.

Lessons I learnt In 2022

Life itself is experience but what I have been able to learn through are stated below;

Treat others the way you want to be treated

Though I’ve been kind in dealing with people which I realized that the same way you treat people, you will receive same treatment even if you travel out to another country where you are not known.

I understand life has a way of labeling us through our faces who is greedy, kind, loving, and wicked. It’s all written on our faces. It’s advisable to treat people kindly so as to appear kind.

Share gift with the less privilege

There used to be a popular saying that goes this way “give and it shall be given until you” though I can’t remember the particular verse in the bible, probably Malachi or Matthew.

I learnt how to give to people who needs my help especially the poor, orphans, less privilege e.t.c. I shouldn’t expect a strange spirit to come to their rescue whilst I am a human and can offer help.
Thanks so much for reading this piece of mine, I appreciate the time spent. Do have a good day ahead.

I like hiking and spending time in the mountains, but this would be a special and different experience for me too.
Thank you for sharing with us your experience, but one thing, if you post a photo that is not yours, like the shot from the air of mount Hanang, you have to source it.
If you don't source the page from where a photo is taken it is considered plagiarism.

Just for a moment, try to picture a world in which everyone treated one another with love, kindness, and respect. It seems like a lot more desirable location, doesn't it?
