Hola a todos amigos de Street Workout Community Vamos a hacer el dia de hoy una serie de ejercicios para plancha que creo que ya pocos hacen o que no veo que hagan frecuentemente y que realmente son muy buenos desde mi punto de vista aunque claro estos son aun mas avanzados que los anterior y te ayudaran tanto a corregir postura como ganar fuerza. Por tenas de salud no puedo comentar el video debido a que estoy demasiado ronco y me estoy mejorando.
