El derecho de los ciudadanos a las protestas, contemplado en las leyes de casi todos los países no les da derecho a las personas de trancar las calles, voy en un autobús y desde las 5:00am no nos dejan pasar por que hay una protesta por falta de servicios públicos y sons las 12:00 m es decir lleva nos mi madre y yo 6 horas en un gran trancon.

The right of citizens to protest, contemplated in the laws of almost all countries does not give people the right to block the streets, I'm on a bus and since 5:00 am they do not let us pass because there is a protest for lack of public services and it's 12:00 am, my mother and I have been in a big traffic jam for 6 hours.

Entiendo como ciudadana que la falta de interés y de atención por parte de los organismos del Estado los hacen tomar medidas extremas, prohibir el tránsito libre por las carreteras del país, cual es la protesta el departamento tiene más de 5 días sin servicio eléctrico y están dispuestos a quedarse allí el tiempo que sea necesario hasta que les resuelvan su problema, pero mie tras eso sucede yo estoy en el autobús vía a Maracaibo sin poder avanzar ya era el tiempo de haber llegado hasta mi casa.

Aquí vamos con la reflexión cada quien lucha por lo que se ve afectado, cada quien se enfrenta para obtener un beneficio personal, por que a pesar de que la protesta tiene base lo que no tiene justificación es la acción de interrumpir el libre tránsito de los demás ciudadanos nos están vulnerando los derechos, de llegar a nuestro destino, esto nos están acarreando gastos, extra que no estaban contemplados, ya que las provisiones que compré era para 22 horas y la llevo más de 26 horas en viaje, mi madre que es una persona mayor se siente impotente y se disgusta ante la situación.

I understand as a citizen that the lack of interest and attention from the state agencies make them take extreme measures, prohibit free transit on the roads of the country, what is the protest the department has more than 5 days without electric service and are willing to stay there as long as necessary until they solve their problem, but mie after that happens I am on the bus via Maracaibo without being able to move forward and it was time to have reached my house.

Here we go with the reflection, each one fights for what is affected, each one fights to obtain a personal benefit, because even though the protest has a basis, what is not justified is the action of interrupting the free transit of the other citizens, they are violating our rights to reach our destination, this is causing us expenses, extra that were not contemplated, since the provisions that I bought were for 22 hours and I have been traveling for more than 26 hours, my mother who is an elderly person feels impotent and is disgusted by the situation.

Lo cierto es que no se qué se está logrando por que no le veo la solución a ellos, los que protestan, ni a nosotros los que necesitamos llegar a nuestros hogares, al menos tengo agua, silla y hasta los internet y momentos aire acondicionado, de hecho estoy viendo una película, pero tampoco estoy conforme por que ya debería estar en mi casa y mi madre descansando, nones justo para un lado ni para el otro.

Los pasajeros se están empezando a desesperar, por que las personas que las esperan, están que se van y nos tocaría dormir en Maicao hasta el día siguiente, no es fácil pero hay que conservar la calma, respirar profundo por que sobre esta situación no tenemos el control, aunque es una medida de presión para lograr un objetivo, creo que es extrema, por que no hay quien medie ni quién interceda, por que los responsables de que las personas tengan calidad de vida, no asumen su responsabilidad.

The truth is that I do not know what is being achieved because I do not see the solution to them, those who protest, nor to us who need to get to our homes, at least I have water, chair and even the internet and air conditioning moments, in fact I'm watching a movie, but I'm not happy because I should already be in my house and my mother resting, not just for one side or the other.

The passengers are beginning to despair, because the people who are waiting for them, are leaving and we would have to sleep in Maicao until the next day, it is not easy but we must remain calm, take a deep breath because we have no control over this situation, although it is a measure of pressure to achieve an objective, I think it is extreme, because there is no one to mediate or intercede, because those responsible for the quality of life of the people, do not assume their responsibility.

Pero como dice el dicho alguien tiene que pagar las consecuencias, siempre son los que menos tienen culpa ya después se verá, pero luego de más de 6 horas de protesta al fin nos dejaron pasar en verdad el viaje muy bueno hasta llegar a la tranca pero bueno siempre pasa algo que nos da que contar, siempre hay un anécdota, un detalle por que la vida sin estas cosas sería aburrida de contar.

Así que este ha sido el viaje más largo tedioso y cansón que he tenido en los 5 años que tengo viajando para Venezuela por tierra, creo que para el próximo me saldrán alas, jaja, esto me dice que es hora de pasar al siguiente nivel, pero no puedo negar que disfruto mucho viajar por tierra, es más como de aventura, uno se siente como un explorador pero las señales me lo están indicando,llegó la hora de volar.....

But as the saying goes, someone has to pay the consequences, it is always those who are least to blame, but after more than 6 hours of protest they finally let us pass, the trip was really good until we reached the roadblock, but well, there is always something to tell, there is always an anecdote, a detail, because life without these things would be boring to tell.

So this has been the longest tedious and tiring trip I've had in the 5 years I've been traveling to Venezuela by land, I think for the next one I'll get wings, haha, this tells me it's time to move to the next level, but I can not deny that I enjoy traveling by land, it's more like an adventure, one feels like an explorer but the signs are telling me, it's time to fly.....

Viajaré en diciembre por unos días pero de aquí allá me da tiempo de ahorrar lo suficiente, para comprar tiquetes y disfrutar mucho más por ir ahorro mucho tiempo.....

I will travel in December for a few days but from here to there I will have time to save enough money to buy tickets and enjoy much more by saving a lot of time. .....
