IF MY ALARM COULD TALK IT WOULD NOT BE INSENSITIVE

Alarm clocks have been mans support system in keep to time for that appointment, meeting, work, exam, school and so on. They are more than just a clock as they become humans time keeper in getting things done at the right time. Setting alarms has been a part of mee since childhood, I remember my mum using it back then to get us up, ready for school, work, and house chores.

When I got to secondary school also, there was the wristwatch we would get that made a clinging sound whenever the alarms comes off. So it's been a long time coming with alarms.

Hence, if my alarm clock which is mostly my smartphone device with its piercing sound could talk, i guess it would say "Hey baby girl, it another time to get that deal done and dusted"... This is so because I kind of have a good relationship with my alarms because I hardly snooze, when I am up, I'm up. Anytime I set alarms it's because whatever has to be done is important and necessary.

Infact, it's like alarm sounds are built specifically to annoy you with those loud sounds that pierce through your sleep to wake you up. If you don't wake up at an alarm sound then something is wrong. So I don't believe that if my alarm would talk it would be aggressive or insensitive.

Recently I saw a video on the new technology of alarms been released and how they violently wake up their victims. One alarm had arms and was busy boxing the alarm setter, another one was set in a way that onelce it goes off the bed practically throws the person away.

As my submission for the #hiveghana prompt on alarms i see them as our allies that help through with time management.
