El muscle-up es un ejercicio de fuerza avanzado, dentro del dominio de los básicos de la calistenia, combinando una dominada explosiva seguida de un fondo, llegando a ser uno de los movimientos más conocidos en los atletas de este deporte.

Por consiguiente, te recomiendo entrenarlo 3 veces por semana para conseguir la mayor efectividad del ejercicio, trabajando siempre en cargas progresivas de repeticiones y series, siendo estas de 7-10 repeticiones y de 4-6 series por ejercicio por un periodo de un mes hasta conseguir el movimiento, es importante trabajar en un máximo de 15 series por entreno para estar entre los valores de la ganancia de fuerza y así conseguir nuestro objetivo.
