Port Harcourt Youth Connect Group

The Port Harcourt Youth Connect Group is a place for everyone but mostly youths around the city of Port Harcourt, I created this group to get as many youths as I can together.

The idea is creating a community that connects and do business together and also meeting new people around the city of Port Harcourt.

Port Harcourt is a city in Rivers State, Nigeria the third or perhaps the second most recognized city in Nigeria due to their popular meal called the Bole, i mean who would wanna miss not eating that amazing food.

Bole is a made with roasted plantain and they'll definitely eat this bole with a spiced fish or something of their choice but for me am definitely going with the fish cause of the extra flavor.

Port Harcourt holds different festivals and one of the best is the bole festival ok lets focus on the goals and aims of this Port Harcourt Youth Connect Group.

We aim to reach at least 10k youths before the year runs out and hold multiple meeting and hangouts to ensure the group is on track.

We also have plans to help and support people in the group and outside the group by attending events and fundraising for those in need too.

But the most important thing is holding a business meetup once a month starting as soon as we get to 5k followers.

HOW DO HIVE COME INTO ALL THIS?

Hive is a place for everyone and in the group we're going to be teaching people about the platform and how it works and also help people create account.

We will also use the influence of thr group to hold what I've long planned the Hive in Port Harcourt Conference (HIPC) a conference that'll not only tell people about hive but also bring in potential investors to the platform.

The youth connect group is a place for everyone like i said, you can learn a lot of New things from the group.

I love hive and hope to use it to make impact some day as my mentor and role model @mcsamm is doing, i mean i wish I could do more but unfortunately for me i have no one to guide me through this journey but i know I can still do it.
