Street Art #672 Wall TRU & LTG (October 2023), Montreal

This is going to be one of the last postss on this Montreal alleyway corner long used by the TRU and LTG crews. As I mentioned in a previous post, the industrial building was completely destroyed last December. What a shame... There were always interesting works because artists could paint in peace over several days without worrying about being erased by another artist, as at the Mur Légal de Rouen. I'm going to miss these walls 😀.

Ces murs vont me manquer 😀.

Here is the penultimate series of lettering by Peack, Kamz, Adi and Riser.

DSC04114.JPG

For the first lettering, I'm not sure about the artist, but maybe it's Riser with wood plank-style letters. I find it gives that effect 😀.

Adi

DSC04115.JPG

He is followed by Adi, a Montreal-based artist and tattooist from France. Usually, his letters are accompanied by a character, often a head or eyes, as on this garage door StreetArt #456. But here, just 3 letters in 3D cut by a line, nice effect.

Kamz

DSC04116.JPG

Little information on Kamz, member of the TRU crew. The letters are very well done, clean and precise.

Peack

And we end with Peack aka Qepy, also a member of TRU and a regular here with a highly original style.

Riser is quite original. Hard to find a style that hasn't been done. Adi is a cool exercise in perspective. Kamz is my favorite. Very well done, the drip, every detail is right. Peack is another very original look. I picture automobile tires.

Yep different styles but all are good. Now that you mention tires for Peack's lettering, that's all I can think of 😀
Enjoy your weekend.

These murals are very beautiful. I appreciated the photos you took up close. The technique that was used is better understood

Yep from a distance, you can only see the letters, but up close, you can make out the work behind them, with all its detail.
Have a great sunday
