Weekly StreetArt #241 (🎁 : 1 HBD to share in HIVE)
As happens every Monday, it’s time for Weekly StreetArt, your weekly dose of #StreetArt. There are lots of yellow and red leaves on the ground in the streets of Montreal, forming a beautiful carpet. It’s also a sign that winter is on the way; the nights are getting chilly now. But the "cold season" for StreetArt hasn't quite begun here yet 😀.
For this edition of Weekly StreetArt, I’m showing you a mural that I’ve been meaning to share for some time now. It’s a perfect fit for this space. This work is located in a park on Coupal street in Montreal. The work celebrates history and culture of the neighborhood, incorporating a quote by Christian Le Guillochet, a French actor:
"One must create action, because action creates movement, and movement draws people in."

@seckorama - Ljubljana (Slovenia)

He had promised a second part to his post about #StreetArt in Ljubljana, and @seckorama has kept his word with another superb selection of works. His post is well worth a look, especially for the letterings featured at the end. I really like it... Great job.
J'aime beaucoup...

@ini-odu - Akwa Ibom (Nigeria)

Next, we head to Nigeria, in Africa, to discover how a blank wall can become a canvas for an artist. This is thanks to a newcomer to our community, @ini-odu, who has been sharing several interesting works from his region with us over the past few days. It’s always great to see a new member who is so active. Welcome!

@frankblack - Cesar Mata - Barquisimeto (Venezuela)

And we wrap up with a regular member, @frankblack, who always posts high-quality #StreetArt. This latest contribution is no exception: it features the highly expressive gaze of an elderly person, framed by two birds. It’s a truly successful piece. The artist, César Mata, is clearly very talented.

That quote by Christian Le Guillochet fits a neighborhood mural so well. I hope the colder weather in Montreal does not slow down your street art walks too much.
It’s true that it’s a fairly lively working-class neighborhood. For now, autumn is beautiful, and I can still easily walk around the streets of Montreal in search of #StreetArt.
Thanks for your support.
Have a lovely day
Great works this week. Congratz to the winners. Always fun to see three different continents. Interesting black and white work for the intro.
Yes, I like it when the Weekly StreetArt travels the world... that’s one of the criteria I use when making my selection.
Thanks for your support
Have a great afternoon
How are you, dear friend @heroldius?
These are the beautiful things about autumn—the way it paints the streets with the lovely colors of the leaves. Enjoy it to the fullest!
What an interesting week; it’s great to see new friends joining our community. Welcome, @rashidizy007, @avanft, @ini-odu, @tíoluke, and @chiderah66! I wish you all much success.
The three selected works are beautiful; my favorite is the one by our friend @seckorama.
I’d also like to wish everyone a happy and prosperous week.
Thank you very much for the warm welcome @jlufer
Thanks for your support and your weekly post, fully appreciated.

Absolutely beautiful! The creativity, detail and beautiful lettering are so incredible. The shapes, shading and bright colours really make your eyes pop! Such an amazing choice and some amazing work! 👌👏
