The unbanning of Twitter in Nigeria

For some time now, we have heard that Twitter has been banned from Nigeria usage due to so people trying to insult the Nigerian president on his usage of the app.. This led to the blocking/banning of Twitter in Nigeria over the time.. This has gotten out of hand and unbearable to people because you won't be able to go on twitter and you can't tweet nor do anything of such on it was not easy for people to access it..

After this time, people have been trying every means to get back to the Twitter app which they were a me to discover that you can access it with the use of VPN network which will not disclose you to be in Nigeria.. But this hasn't been so easy for them to use even myself tho I am not so used to using Twitter but I really felt it that Twitter is not active..

After all this time, the boards associated with the banning of the Twitter account said to the general public that they can now have a full access to their Twitter account without the use of any intermediate app.. This brought a total joy to everyone seeing that they had lifted the ban from the Twitter..

Now, I am able to share things on twitter and I am able to tweet and check out people's tweet on twitter without any stress.. This is a good news and I am delighted to hear this also and I hope they won't make this a problem to people using it again..

Here is my view about how the Twitter has been unbanned and I hope it was a great joy to us all..

We'll.. A partial joy, they can now track your tweets , they have partnered with the Nigerian Govt.. I hope your read the clause of agreement .. I wrote a post on it recently.

Well..I use to be a very active twitter handler but ever since it's ban and now that it has been lifted. I seldom hop on the app like I used to. I guess it's because I have found Hive

It's really a great joy to me as well,because I am the kind of person that uses twitter alot before the ban,but when twitter got banned, I barely check my twitter account with VPN because going to put on VPN before clicking the twitter app really discouraged me, but now that the ban has been lifted.
All I need to do is log back in and get myself updated..

Yeah that's just it. I have really missed twitter for so long cus it hasn't been so easy for me to use with Vpn but was just managing to use it for all this while but glad it's back now..

The ban and in an did not change much for me but I am happy more people can access Twitter. Hivenaija has a Twitter campaign coming soon so I am excited about that.

Yeah same here also.. at least that will be a boost to twitter itself and the users and it will also proclaim hive also
