Hello friends of Hive You Been Here! Here I am again to tell you about one of the destinations that I have visited on my last trip to the city of Cordoba. The day we arrived in the city we had the first excursion, visiting the town of Tanti, specifically the Tanti waterfall!

Hola amigos de Hive You Been Here! aqui estoy nuevamente para contarles sobre uno de los destinos que he conocido en mi ultimo viaje a la ciudad de Cordoba. El dia que llegamos a la ciudad tuvimos la primer excursion, visitar el pueblo de Tanti, especificamente la cascada de Tanti!

the bus parked about 100 meters away and all the passengers walked towards the spa cafeteria. There they were waiting for us to offer us the menu and tell us a little about the place and the attractions.

el micro se estacionó a unos 100 metros y todos los pasajeros fuimos caminando hacia la confiteria del balneario. Alli nos estaban esperando para ofrecernos el menu y contarnos un poco sobre el lugar y las atracciones.

The place had a path that bordered the river and led you to the waterfall. It looked very old and well cared for.

El lugar contaba con un camino que bordeaba el rio y te dirigia hacia la cascada. Se veia muy antiguo y bien cuidado

The spa restaurant's menu had an extensive menu of homemade dishes, such as pasta, stews, meats, hamburgers, pizzas and much more. We decided on the pasta, ravioli stuffed with ricotta, ham and walnut and cream with mushrooms. With beautiful views, lunch was a complete luxury

El menu del restaurant del balneario contaba con una amplia carta de platos caseros, como pastas, guisados, carnes, hamburguesas, pizzas y mucho mas. Nosotras nos decidimos por las pastas, ravioles rellenos de ricota, jamon y nuez y crema con champiñones . Con unas hermosas vistas el almuerzo fue un completo lujo

After lunch we went for a walk and headed towards the waterfall area, where there were many people cooling off in the river despite the fact that the sun had hidden behind some rain clouds that were about to fall.

Luego del almuerzo salimos a caminar y nos dirigimos hacia la zona de la cascada, donde habia mucha gente refrescandose en el rio a pesar de que el sol se habia escondido tras unas nubes de lluvia que estaba proxima a caer

Luckily I arrived on time and was able to take a picture of myself at the waterfall, but my friends were not so lucky!

Por suerte llegué a tiempo y pude sacarme una foto en la cascada, pero mis amigas no contaron con tanta suerte!

While I was leaving my place for the photos to be taken, the rain began and they had to cover themselves with clothes and towels so as not to damage their cell phones. The reality is that we ended up SOAK! because the rain was quite strong, but luckily it stopped very quickly so we just stayed on the rocks and then we took all the photos we wanted.

Mientras yo estaba dejando mi lugar para que se tomen las fotos la lluvia comenzó y ellas tuvieron que taparse con ropa y toallas para no dañar sus celulares. La realidad es que terminamos EMPAPADAS! porque la lluvia era bastante fuerte, pero cesó muy rapido afortunadamente asi que solo nos mantuvimos sobre las rocas y luego nos tomamos todas las fotos que quisimos.

We stayed at the waterfall for a while and then we went to the other side of the river, passing the restaurant, where there was a footbridge that crossed the river and you could walk there!

Estuvimos un rato en la cascada y luego nos fuimos hacia el otro lado del rio, pasando el restaurante, donde habia una pasarela que cruzaba el rio y podias caminar por ahi!

Going down to the river we were able to cross over a rock where it was so wide that we could all sit down to cool off and chat, even a dog joined us haha

Bajando hacia el rio pudimos cruzar por encima de una roca donde era tan amplia que podiamos sentarnos todas a refrescarnos y charlar, incluso un perro se unio a nosotras jaja

And there our day ended knowing the waterfall of the town of Tanti, it seemed to me a beautiful place, like all of Cordoba. The restaurant was very good, fast service. I definitely recommend :)

y alli finalizó nuestro dia conociendo la cascada del pueblo de Tanti, me parecio un lugar bonito, al igual que toda Cordoba. El restaurante era muy bueno, atencion rapida. Definitivamente lo recomiendo :)
