Good morning fellow hive and SWC, I'm Brayan @Hidekinagatari, This time I want to share a planche routine for beginners which we can perform regardless of the level we have, although we must have a minimum of strength to do it.💪🏼
Esta rutina esta compuesta por 4 ejercicios específicos para mejorar y subir de nivel en nuestra plancha, cualquiera puede realizarla. Los descanso son de 3/4 minutos entre series.💪🏼
This routine is composed of 4 specific exercises to improve and level up our plank, anyone can perform it. The rest is 3/4 minutes between sets.💪🏼
Ejercicio 1:
Aguantes de tuck planche - 12 segundos x3 series.Ejercicio 2:
Lean planche abierto - máximos segundos x3 series.Ejercicio 3:
Quitar y poner hollow - 8 repeticiones x3 series.Ejercicio 4:
Quitar y poner hollow en barra - 5 repeticiones x3 series.
Exercise 1:
Tuck planche holds - 12 seconds x3 sets.Exercise 2:
Lean planche open - max seconds x3 sets.
- Exercise 3:
Remove and set hollow - 8 seconds x3 sets.
- Exercise 4:
Remove and set hollow on bar - 8 reps x3 sets.
