No puedo contener la emoción al empezar a escribir esta publicación, y es que por mi mente pasan demasiadas cosas y que fácil seria que todos estuvieran en ella y vean y sienta mi emoción tras ver todos estos premios, que para mi han si los mejores teniendo en cuenta muchos factores que después les contaré, pero no solo por los ganadores, sino por cada presentación, y que se notó que llevarlo a otro país cambio demasiado la expectativa del mismo y si, los Latin Grammy quisieron hacer un cambio y lo hicieron a lo grande.
I can't contain my excitement when I start writing this publication, because too many things are going through my mind and how easy it would be for everyone to be in it and see and feel my emotion after seeing all these awards, which for me are the best ones having take into account many factors that I will tell you later, but not only for the winners, but for each presentation, and it was noted that taking it to another country changed the expectation too much and yes, the Latin Grammys wanted to make a change and they did it the big.
De esto es que quiero hablarles, y la emoción la tengo desde que vi esa entrega en vivo, y por si no la conocen ella es Joaquina y gano su primer grammy como mejor nuevo artista, y si es Venezolana y es algo que me llena de tanto orgullo como ustedes no tienen idea, y no es la única/o venezolana/o que gano un grammy esta noche, pero ella ha venido haciendo música a otro nivel y con un excelencia grande, se ha ganado poco a poco el amor de toda su tierra y de países cercanos que la escuchan, pero lo que mas me ha enamorado de ella desde que la escuche fueron sus letras y es que eso mismo fue lo que dijo tras recibir su premio, que desde muy temprana edad empezó a componer y que se aferro a eso y ver como triunfo, después de malos comentarios y demás es algo que nos llega, nos da animo, y pone en alto y nos hace valorar cada esfuerzo que hacemos nosotros, los que escribimos, cantamos y estamos en este hermoso arte.
Desde el 2014 con Mariana Vega, 2019 con Nella Rojas y ahora en el 2023 con Joaquina han sido mujeres, grandes mujeres, que nos han representado y ganado en esta categoria tan importante de la academia.
Recuerdo como si fuese ayer la emoción que también sentí cuando gano Nella, otra gran compositora y cantante venezolana, que ha sido para mi también motivo de inspiración y superación, de amor por lo que se hace y el valor por el talento que cada una de ellas y de los venezolanos que nos han representado en la academia.

Gracias Joaquina por darnos nuevamente este grammy y representarnos en esta gran categoria, por representar a tu pais y llevarlo con ese orgullo como siempre lo has hecho, vienen grandes cosas para ti y por medio de tu ejemplo muchos mas seguiran su sueños y haran cosas geniales y seremos mas los que ganenmos y estemos dentro de nominaciones a los grammy y latin grammy.

No fue la única/o Venezolana al ganar y tampoco fue la única sorpresa, desde Luis Borjas, con su primer álbum y gano como mejor álbum tropical contemporáneo, un premio que tiene demasiado peso para su carrera, y lo hace elevarse y afianzar que tomo la mejor decisión en separase de la super banda Guaco y no tener después una buena relación con ellos y con su propio hermano, todo ese sacrificio dio resultado, música y galardón.
Lasso gano con sus "Ojos Marrones" como mejor canción pop/rock y fue un premio que sinceramente todos estábamos esperando pero aun así fue una gran sorpresa para el mismo y para todos los venezolanos.
También, nuestro gran flautista Barradas y nuestro sistema de orquesta ganaron al mejor álbum de música clásica y no puedo estar mas contento con eso siendo musico academico y que toda mi vida ha sido gracias tambien al sistema y mi primer amor que es el violoncello.

Y claro que hay más, nominaciones no faltaron y también nos da un orgullo como la de Danny Ocean y del gran Akapellah que no han representado muy bien dentro y fuera de nuestro país con sus grandes éxitos, así que no puedo estar mas feliz, no puede terminar el año mejor ya teniendo esta gran noticia que nos llena, repito, de orgullo y nos da ese aliento por ver crecer a nuestro país en el área musical.

¡Que dicha la de tu novio! yo creo que ya con esto puede que Lasso vuelva hacer algo de lo que dejo por entrar a la música comercial, y con eso tendrá ya el respeto que tanto merecía como un artista completo y con muchos años de carrera que no fueron valorados.

No sé si no es tan respetado como insinúas en tu comentario. Yo creo que el contexto lo es todo. Y para un chico, de Venezuela y en el tiempo histórico donde él surgió, le tocaba hacer lo que hizo. Chamo hoy todo el dia he escuchado temas de Joaquina. Me siento tan feliz por este galardón que ha recibido. Es una jovén muy talentosa, y me encanta el nivel que tiene para componer. Joaquina es de verdad un revelación, así como lo fue Nella los años atrás, a diferencia de Nella, Joaquina viene con una línea de composición bastante concreta, fuerte y directa, algo que fue bien aceptado por todos y me gusto, merecido premios para todos de verdad que si.
