The power of being decentralized is no central entity can stop your protocol, however, if your project can stop anyone including the government it means you are not decentralized, the project is 100% CENTRALIZED.

The point of being called a blockchain is being decentralized, but if the blockchain is centralized, it is not worth being called blockchain, it is only similar to an ordinary company that can be shutdown anytime.
