Changpeng Zhao Speaks On Crypto Regulation As He Makes Predictions
The chief executive officer of Binance is on the position that the government should see it through that the regulation of crypto and the digital asset industry is a dream come through. In he’s report speech that was given during the Binance organized event in Athens Greece.
Binance is well known in the industry for been the crypto based platform with the largest volume, as the CEO insists that the government should embrace the system as it’s gradually taking to the mainstream. In he’s words he says;
“I think most governments now understand that adoption will happen regardless. It’s better to regulate the industry instead of trying to fight against it.”
He says that the industry needs more transparency to show their reserves relating to the FTX collapse which the industry witnessed some couple of months ago, he’s definitely optimistic that the industry will recover from the crash sooner or later.
“We need to become more transparent as an industry. But it’s very difficult to know if someone wants to lie, since they are our competitor.”
“Just because FTX happened it does not mean that every other business is bad.”
Which he is predicting that smaller countries without currencies would be the first to bring about regulatory clarity to the industry.
